This is our 3rd time staying in Heathers condo “sunset dreams” and each time it gets BETTER! EXTREMELY CLEAN, GREAT amenities (beach chairs, beach wagon, cooler, beach toys, etc.) . The condo layout is PERFECT for multiple guests/couples. Each bedroom has its own private bath (with a shower) and affords everyone their own privacy. GREAT COMMUNICATION from Heather and an all around GREAT EXPERIENCE! Look no further… BOOK this unit. You’ll be glad you did!

Location of the condo was great. We walked to local restaurants and shops. Was a short drive to Johns Pass where there was lots of shopping and restaurants to go to. We had plenty of room for all 8 of us in the condo and didn’t have any issues. We would definitely rent from Heather again. Also the pool was heated. We had a blast at the Lucky Lizard doing karaoke. And the food at Daiquiri Shak was great.

Great Vacation Spot! This is a beautiful condo. It was so easy to work with the host. She was very accommodating and efficient. The unit was very clean and comfortable and was furnished with every amenity. It was within walking distance to the beach and a fun mini golf park with alligators! We would definitely love to stay again.

Heather was super communicative from the moment we signed up for her BnB all the way through check out. The place is BEAUTIFUL, and fit my family of 6 perfectly. My kids are picky about everything, and couldn't stop raving about the place. Came stocked with plenty of beach chairs, umbrella and cooler so we were able to visit the beach (1 block away!) without going to the store first. Supermarket is a block away, and Publix is a 4 minute drive. We will be contacting her again about this place when we're inevitably back in St. Pete again!

Beautiful home away from home. The home is super clean and cozy. All the comforts of home perfectly laid out. Full of all the beach vibes you won’t want your stay to end. Heather is an amazing host. This has been a beautiful retreat. The condo has all the creature comforts and several additions. It is fresh, clean and relaxing. I parked and didn’t used my car for several days as everything is a short walk. Groceries, restaurants, beach, all a couple minutes away by foot. My 5 sons, and daughter-in-laws all stayed comfortably. We will be back!!! I highly recommend!!!

We had a great time in Heather’s condo when our regular rental house fell through at the last minute. It had everything our family of 2 adults, 2 teens and 2 kids needed. It was very spacious and so convenient to walk to Winn Dixie for groceries.

The condo is very well renovated and furnished, comfortably sleeping 6 adults. Walking distance to many restaurants, bars, shopping, the beach, and mini golf. A very nice perk was the very large balcony and tons of beach equipment for use including chairs, umbrellas. You can show up with a toothbrush, phone charger, and clothes as the condo has everything you need. The kitchen is well stocked with appliances including crock pots and lots of dishware. Overall a wonderful stay!

Heather’s condo is amazing! Spacious, beachy-but-modern decor, fully stocked kitchenwares to make use of the beautiful kitchen island. Everything you need for the beach is right there in the condo. We were celebrating my sisters birthday so she got the master suite. That shower is . We really enjoyed the short walk with the beach chairs, wagon and cooler. Designated, covered parking spots were appreciated as well. Definitely recommend.

My family and I really enjoyed our stay! We have 5 teenagers so they loved having enough space in the condo. The condo is extremely clean and beautifully decorated. It was great to have access to beach gear (chairs, umbrella, cooler, etc…). Great proximity to the beach and supermarket. Communication with Heather was professional and prompt. She answered all my questions before and during our trip. I would HIGHLY recommend this condo.

This condo is in a perfect location - just a few minutes walk to the beach, restaurants and shops, including a grocery store right out the front door. Or visit the neighboring areas with an Uber or Lyft. We never waited more than 15 min for a ride. The rooms are spacious and clean and the amenities are top notch! Heather has included everything you think you might need - chairs, cooler & a wagon for a beach trip. The wagon was also a godsend for the grocery store. Up-to-date washer & dryer, coffee maker and even a crock pot! Would definitely recommend this stay for a group of friends or family!

The property was exactly how it appeared on VRBO. It was beautiful, clean, and fully stocked. The only negative was that there was no furniture or umbrellas at the pool. Not too big of a deal since we rented chairs and umbrellas at the beach every day. The owner was very accommodating and responded very quickly to all of my questions. We had a great time!

This condo is fully equipped with every thing you need for the ultimate beach vacation. Literally 3 min walk to the beach and they provide a wagon, beach chairs, umbrella and cooler! Plus the snack shack is another 3 min walk down the beach where you can get drinks, lunch or ice cream. Love that each bedroom has its own bathroom-a total plus!

It is a very short walk to the beach made very easy as our host Heather provided a wagon to take the chairs & umbrella and also a cooler with wheels. If you are looking for a clean, well kept property close to EVERYTHING, this is the place. Romantic getaway, family getaway, friends getaway… it doesn’t matter because this is the place for you. Close proximity to beach, grocery store, pharmacy, and a lot of restaurant choices. Heather answered all messages quickly and was willing to help out with whatever we needed. This condo is perfect. The location is near grocery store, CVS, beach, putt putt golf, restaurants, bars, and theTrolley pickup/drop off that goes up and down the Gulf. The pictures show the condo just as it is. We had three couples with one having kids. The set up was perfect for each couple to have their own space and bathroom but able to have the common area to hang out. Having the washer and dryer to do laundry was a bonus! The communication with Heather was top notch! Thank you again Heather for allowing us to stay at your place, we are already planning our next trip!

Such a lovely home SO CLOSE TO EVERYTHING YOU NEED! Heather is an amazing host who has thought of all of your needs! Great communication!! My family of 7 had a great weekend together! Plenty of space for each of us to be comfortable and relax! It was nice to be able to be under one roof laughing and sharing space. Each bedroom has a tv and one in the living room which was great for football Sunday! We have traveled extensively and this home was by far the most well appointed of ANY location we have ever stayed! Spices, starter coffee, shower items, laundry soap, beach towels, chairs, a sturdy beach wagon and lovely soft blankets to snuggle up in! (We got to experience the arctic blast while staying in this lovely home! ) The master shower is one of my all time favorites and I have a heater in my shower at home so that is saying a lot And once again we loved the labels! Should we come back to This area we would definitely book again and we will be referring our friends and family to this home!

BEST AirBnB owner that I have dealt with. The condo is perfect, kind of over the top for a weekend stay. Very glad I chose this one. Will stay here every time I visit the Tampa area. I use AirBnB as much as possible when traveling, and this has been by far one of my best experiences. Your place is immaculate, actually feels like someplace you would want to live. You communicate more than any AirBnB owner that I have ever dealt with. Most of the time you get an automated ghost that never replies if there's an issue. Great location, super clean property with spacious rooms, kitchen, family room and two large separate sliding doors that access a large deck. Beach chairs, umbrella and wagon allow for easy beach access. Three minute easy walk to beach. Great parking. Easy access to several local restaurants, grocery and department stores, bars and neighboring beaches. Strongly recommend and plan to repeat this weekly visit to Madeira Beach annually.

We absolutely loved this Airbnb! This place has EVERYTHING! Fully stocked kitchen, cozy living room, plenty of space for a family of 5. It was so clean and fresh. Beautiful showers and bedrooms. We loved the décor throughout the entire condo. The beds and linens were so comfortable and luxurious. Lovely balcony with plenty of seating and a wagon full of beach supplies, Beach chairs, cooler and Beach towels. Samsung Washer and Dryer in the unit. Huge island in the kitchen with plenty of seating. All appliance’s throughout were top quality! Hardwoods throughout the entire condo. Elevator and pool! Very close to the Beach. Walking distance to the grocery store and beach shops. Very close to John’s Pass, we loved it there! The host was so friendly and we had great communication. She really cared about the experience she was giving to her guests and that really showed in every way possible. I honestly can not say enough wonderful things about our experience! This place is a true GEM!

From Airbnb Guest: Excellent location and I was impressed with this place, it is beautiful and organized, love it. Everything was spotless cleaned. Apartment is huge and it was an easy walking to the beach, to restaurants and bars. The boardwalk is just 5min away. Heather is a great host, communication was excellent. We were a group of 6 however this place accommodates 10 guest easily. There is everything there, from kitchen supplies to beach chairs, cooler etc. I'm glad I chose this place for my birthday weekend. Our host suggested Dockside Dave’s which we thoroughly enjoyed. Try the batter fried grouper you will not go wrong! Madeira Beach is a beautiful place to visit and we hope to come back and stay at this property again soon.

This Airbnb was so accommodating, clean, and organized. Heather is great host. We were attending a wedding in the area and she was gracious to allow us to get early check in and helped answer any questions that we had. When we walked in we were blown away at how nice the place was renovated and clean. Once we checked out, we realized that we had forgot something and she made sure that we could go back and pick it up. The area is great and close to the beach and there are plenty of diners and stores. I would easily recommend this Airbnb I’m the future.
