This 2nd floor Bimini model 3 bed, 2 full bath plus a den with a sofa bed sleeps 8 and contains a large open kitchen, living and dining area. TV's will be added to the Family room, den and the master bedroom. The unit has a large lanai facing the nature preserve, washer and dryer and new carpet. You are walking distance to 2 community pools and a short drive to the Yacht club with optional membership.This is a full-service club with bars, restaurant, fitness room, tennis courts, social events and a private pool. If it is the beach you crave, the club has a complimentary water taxi which delivers you to and from the Wiggins Pass Beach. ( currently suspended because of doc repair needed from the hurricane) This location is ideal for quick access to the exception dining and shopping the Naples area has to offer. Naples has long been the destination of choice for "snow birds" and those seeking a relaxed, good life.

Summer months, thru September - $3800/month, plus Electric & Cleaning fee
High Season, Oct through Apr - $7,200month.
April- 2 weeks $3,450 plus cleaning fee, 3 weeks $5,175
May- Sept We will consider a rental for 2 weeks
Due to HOA rules, Minimum of 30 day rentals only Jan- March
Jan will consider 2-3 week rental.

Renters must make written application for approval by Condo Association at a fee of $150 (or maybe $200 this year.) and must purchase a bar code ($30) sticker for the automatic entry gates

I took my family to Naples for an extended vacation and this house was a perfect home away from home. Nicole, the owner, was so helpful and responsive. The bedrooms were spacious and the house was very clean. The community was beautiful and everyone was so friendly. I will definitely be booking again.
