Enjoy your stay in beautiful Venice in a fully renovated, tastefully furnished 2 bedroom/2 bathroom second floor condo overlooking a private country club golf course. Open floor plan and vaulted ceiling make the space feel spacious and airy. Relax in a well appointed elegant living room with a 65 inch TV . Primary bedroom suite has a luxurious king size bed and features an upscale bathroom with granite countertop, a walk in shower and a rain shower head. Enjoy all new well equipped modern kitchen with high end finishes including granite countertop. Take in golf course and water views from main screened lanai as you drink your morning coffee. The second bedroom features two twin beds and a separate lanai. Additional guests can stay on living room queen size sleeper sofa. The unit has a full size washer and dryer. One assigned carport parking spot is included and there is plenty of available extra parking for residents and guests. A heated community pool is a short walk away. Beach towels, chairs and umbrella are provided for your use. A storage room is also available near the carport to store your bikes or golf clubs. The apartment is located on a second floor with access through outside stairs (no elevator) so please keep in mind for those with mobility concerns. Per HOA rules, no pets are permitted. All utilities and WiFi/Cable are included. Minimum monthly stay required per HOA regulation. This is strictly a non smoking property. Additional 13% city & county tax rate applies to rentals less than 6 months. Cleaning fee is included in monthly rate. Reservation is subject to HOA (homeowners' association) application review and $150 HOA fee. All applications are subject to background check as part of HOA approval process, ensuring safety of all tenants and residents.
Area Information
Farmington Vistas at Plantation is in a highly desirable location in close proximity to several gorgeous gulf beaches, shopping, dining, recreation and historic Venice downtown. It is also about 5 minutes away from growing Wellen Park area that features CoolToday Park Stadium, the new Atlanta Braves Spring training facility where you can attend spring training games during the season and multitude of events and concerts throughout the year. The new Wellen park downtown area also features several new upscale restaurants, shops, a lake with trails and kayaking as well as many other local shops and activities. Venice fishing pier and Sharky's on the Pier restaurant are 10 minutes away. Drive further to Sarasota to famous Siesta Key and Lido beaches as well as other attractions such as Armand circle, marinas. Mote acquarium, jungle gardens and more. I75 is within 10 minute drive.

Notes:
$1,000 + $150 HOA fee deposit is required to hold a monthly reservation. Deposits are Fully Refundable 90 days or more prior to 1st day of reservation. They are non refundable less than 90 days before 1st day of reservation. However, if another renter is found for the time being cancelled, the deposit will be returned (less the HOA application fee if it was already submitted).
The reservation deposit will be applied to security deposit once tenant moves in. The security deposit will be returned within 1-3 days of departure, subject to inspection. 13% Tax applies to rentals less than 6 months per state and county regulations.

About the owner: I have moved to Venice because my entire family fell in love with the beauty and vibe of the town. We also enjoy proximity to Sarasota and Tampa. I am excited to host guests at this condo that we have recently purchased and renovated. Having traveled extensively, we have tried to incorporate everything that we ourselves enjoyed when staying at private homes (which we have always preferred to hotels). We live less than 10 minutes away and will be available to answer any question or address issues during your stay.

Had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful condo for the months of March and April ‘24. The condo was very well appointed and just a pleasure to stay in. The owner was very friendly and responsive when we needed something. and has made sure everything you may need is available. It is light and bright and the beds were comfortable. Just know there are 16 steps outside to get up to the door which was not a problem for us but may be for others. I would love to rent for the whole winter next year but we found a home of our own while we were there so no longer need to rent. It was a true gem as I have rented for 15 yrs and this was the best one I stayed in. Thank you for sharing your lovely home! I will always refer your property.

I have never stayed at such a well-equipped short term rental. Especially the kitchen is outfitted with everything you could need, as if your were at home. TV has every imaginable cable channel and bring your passwords to connect to a plethora of streaming channels. Comfortable beds, lots of closet space and perfectly clean. Screened balcony was enjoyable watching golfers come down the fairway and approach the green.

This condo is exactly as shown in the photos -- it is very welcoming in its design and decor. The owner has provided everything plus extras required for a wonderful worry free stay. Enjoying the late day sun on the back lanai was a daily bonus. The Farmington Vistas area is huge and wonderful for walking and biking; the community pool is large, well maintained, and the residents are friendly and welcoming. Valentina is very friendly and accommodating, and responded quickly to any enquiries or requests. This is definitely a condo to rent!!

Cerromar Lane,Plantation Gold and Countrry ClubWe very much enjoyed our stay at your Condo in Plantation Golf and Country Club, Venice Florida. The unit was in excellent condition when we arrived, very clean and well stocked kitchen with plenty of utensils and cooking items (pots) etc. All of the appliances appeared to be new and in good working condition. We particularily enjoyed the screened linai ovelooking the golf course.Hopefully we will have an opportunity to visit again in the near future.Best Persoanl regards
