Almost like two separate condos, Gulfside 1700 boasts high vaulted ceilings with plenty of sunlit windows, three entertainment rooms, two dining areas and four en-suite bedrooms. Plus, two beachfront balconies that according to guests, offer "the most beautiful views anywhere." Apart from the renovated and fully-stocked kitchen, a wet bar area (complete with a built in ice maker) adjacent to the foyer creates a central gathering space ideal for a brunch before the beach or a sunset soirée.

Spacious bedrooms boast amazing water views, and each are equipped with a 50" Roku Smart TVs and ample outlets with USB phone charging in each room on or near all major furnishings. A DVD player is located in the kid’s bonus room.

The large Primary Suite features a large double Walk-in shower, with a bench. Sliding glass doors lead to both to the main balcony patio as well as a private balcony off of Primary Suite. Powered blinds allow you to sleep in, or leave the blinds open to experience some of the most amazing sunrises bursting with color.

The Bonus Room is complete with a 75" TV mounted at an angel that allows all to view. There is also a 4 player Arcade game complete with over 100 legendary games including Golden Tee, Centipede & Bowling!

Located directly on the beach, there are no roads to cross. Your rental includes beach service that includes two chairs and umbrella (In season) Additional rental chairs available from on-site beach vendor.

Conveniently located on Miramar Beach, this location is a perfect central location to restaurants and bars on 30A, as well as travel into Destin proper. The Village of Baytowne Wharf, located only 2 miles away is highly recommended, offering quaint shopping and restaurants, including a fun piano bar! Two beach bar restaurants, “The Surf Hut” and “The Beach House” are within a 20 minute beach walk offering great drinks and food!

Per Home Owner Association rules: Hidden Dunes does not allow trailers, RV's, motorcycles, boats/jet ski's or golf carts.

We may require a minimum length of stay during the summer and over holidays.

We do not rent to anyone under 25 or to students

Guests receive a welcome kit with small dishwasher detergent, dish soap, sponge, a roll of paper towels, and laundry detergent. There will be an initial trash liner in each receptacle and a set of toilet paper and soaps for each bathroom provided. Guests will need to replenish supplies for longer stays.
