The cascading views from 2115’s balcony of the expansive pool deck, serene Red Fish Lake and the glistening Gulf of Mexico beyond evoke a sense of pure tranquility. Plus, this panoramic vista is not just to look at; it’s yours to explore! Relax on the impressive pool and spa deck in one of the four pools edged by tropical foliage and waterfalls, kayak on the lake with white herons as company or wiggle your toes in the white sand on the beach. After a day of enjoying the delights of the coast, retreat into the mellow ambiance and soothing décor of Sanctuary 2115.
We are thrilled to offer our Newman-Dailey guests 1 FREE ticket each day of your stay to the following activities through Xplorie for paid stays, 27 nights or less: Big Kahuna’s water Park, A Round of Golf, Dolphin Cruise, Zip Line, Snorkeling, and a Bike Rental
We require a minimum length of stay during the summer and over holidays.
We do not rent to under 25.
Guests receive a welcome kit with small dishwasher detergent, dish soap, sponge, a roll of paper towels, and laundry detergent. There will be an initial trash liner in each receptacle and a set of toilet paper and soaps for each bathroom provided. Guests will need to replenish supplies for longer stays.
Property rules state: no RV's or trailers of any kind are allowed to be parked in the community parking area. Please call us to arrange off site parking if you are bringing a trailer or RV.
THIS IS A NO SMOKING PROPERTY - No smoking allowed anywhere including balconies!! Smoking on property could result in eviction.
