The caring owners have crafted a unique setting with coastal themed colors and artwork, comfortable furnishings and all the extras needed to feel at home. Cooking will be pure pleasure in the large kitchen with granite counters, stainless steel appliances and sleep will be blissful in the comfy bedrooms. Additionally, a relaxing atmosphere will be automatic when you find yourself seated on the balcony overlooking the amazing pool deck and Redfish Lake.
Moreover, there are countless ways to relax without ever leaving the property. March through October ferry service available that will take you to the beach where you will find seasonally provided beach service! Plus, a fitness center, an elevator and covered underground parking are yours when you need them. If you decide to venture beyond the gates a bike path leads you to boutiques, an ice cream shop and restaurants or you can hop in the car and visit the famous Seaside five minutes to the east.
Primary bedroom closet locked due to owner personal belongings. Armoire for hanging items and dressers provided for guest use.
We require a minimum length of stay during the summer and over holidays.
We do not rent to under 25.
Guests receive a welcome kit with small dishwasher detergent, dish soap, sponge, a roll of paper towels, and laundry detergent. There will be an initial trash liner in each receptacle and a set of toilet paper and soaps for each bathroom provided. Guests will need to replenish supplies for longer stays.
Property rules state: no RV's or trailers of any kind are allowed to be parked in the community parking area. Please call us to arrange off site parking if you are bringing a trailer or RV.
THIS IS A NO SMOKING PROPERTY. No smoking allowed anywhere including balconies!! Smoking on property could result in eviction.
