Why this property? My house is 2 exit away from Disney World and a few more exit from other theme parks as well. We are located at Champions gate PGA Golf course, various restaurants, Grocery Stores, gas station everything are with 1 miles from the house.

Family friendly, attended with elderly parents. Layout was great for them to move about with a walker/rollator. Liked that it was close to the market/shopping. Definitely need a car to get around.

Josephina and her parents stayed with us for almost three months and were very great guests. Her parents are a bit older and needed some additional accommodation. She communicated really well and asked permission before making any temporary arrangements in the home to help her parents. They braved it through the hurricane that directly hit during their stay, and we were happy to help out when needed. Overall, they kept good care of the home and let us know of any mishaps that happened while they were there. Understandably, it needed some cleaning after such a long stay, but they did clean up and mopped the floors before departure. I would welcome them back any time.

The house was very comfortable and well equipped. Location is good, but a car is required. Grocery, pharmacy and restaurants are close by at Champions Gate but beyond walking distance. Orlando’s attractions are relatively close by, within an hour. I-4. Is easily accessible, but very busy and although it looks like grid lock all the time, it was seldom more than a half hour delay. We found the owner, Carlos to be very accommodating and trustworthy. Given the opportunity, we would love to stay again.
