ChristineWeather wise spring break was a bust since it was only in the high 50s but we were able to make the best of it from this place by sitting on the terrace in the afternoons having drinks and watching the amazing sunset! The place was clean, quiet and beautifully decorated, a relaxing ocean getaway atmosphere. This is as close as you can get to the ocean without being on the beach! Kitchen had everything. It was a bit small/narrow-but nice stainless steel appliances. There is no garbage disposal. The Jack and Jill bathroom was nice to have so that our son didn’t have to go through our bedroom in the middle of the night. Fold out was comfortable. Elevators quick. One thing I never liked about staying in many places by the ocean was the humidity inside the condos- even when we kept the doors closed at all times-it was just too humid. I would wear flip flops to avoid feeling wet floor or damp carpet-just not a comfortable feeling. I would have given 5 stars alone! Would recommend!

Travana Justinnice clean place to stay didn't have to wait on elevators beach wasnt too busy for the area comes with beach chairs and umbrella which is a $40 per day cost if you had to pay for them. the room was clean great view plenty of room for a family of 4

JenniferBeautiful condo that overlooks the ocean. We looked forward to sitting on the porch early mornings and late nights. The location is easy to access and host was wonderful to work with. The area was very busy and took and the surrounding restaurants selection was minimal but this is not a reflection of the host or property itself. We enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this property!

YolaundaValeriya was an amazing host. Check in was smooth and she even let us check in an hour early. Everything was clean, and well decorated. It is smaller than I thought it would be but we loved it. It’s steps away from the beach and the complimentary beach chairs came in handy! The air conditioning stopped working on our second day but as soon as I contacted her she had someone one to look at it. She even gave us an extra night at no charge to make for the problems with the air. I couldn’t have asked for a better host and we will definitely be back!

LeeSuch a cozy, relaxing space. Felt right at home without feeling like we were in someone else’s home. And nothing beats that view! Even with the cooler temps, we could enjoy the Gulf from every angle with the floor to ceiling windows.

HallieCan’t beat the location of this place! We were able to walk right to the beach in less than 2 minutes anytime of the day. Beautifully decorated condo, very organized, have lots of storage, and feel spacious. Good blackout curtain to keep it dark at night. Beautiful view of the beach. Everything is clean except the rug (my baby crawled everywhere and after she was on the rug had black stain on her arms and legs). All the amenities are there and very convenient.

HolliWhen I booked our stay there was no mention of any construction that would be taking place during our stay. When we arrived there were tarps and plastic on the windows, as well as no balcony access. I was disappointed so I contacted the host & she was not able to help with finding another room or coming up with some other accommodation. She was not willing to help us out by giving any kind of refund, even down to the cleaning fee, given that we were not going to stay on the property. Place was very small & bathroom tub had stains. I wish the host could have handled things a little differently, or at least tried to help. Instead, we found another condo a couple places down at the Majestic Towers, and had an amazing stay there.

HayleyMy mother and I stayed the week of spring break! The room was adorable and renovated. It is a little small but just perfect for the two of us. We were able to walk to Pineapple Willy’s. We did have construction on site of the property which made us walk around the building to get to the beach rather than going through the lobby but it was not too bad especially for the discounted price. I WOULD stay again! Very friendly and responsive host!

LanceAmazing stay! From the initial contact with Valeriya until we left the private parking lot on our final day, everything exceeded expectations and was great. Although things were well enough to the point my questions were minimal, the ones I had were answered promptly and pleasantly. Perfect location, on the beach with private access, family and child friendly and literally close to everything. 5 star recommendation for the host and location.

ChinaHad a great time at Valeriya’s condo! She’s super responsive, kind, and even pointed us in the direction of a cute farmers market! The condo is cute and clean. Great view of the ocean and even the pool below. Elevators were very quick which was a huge plus! Parking is great, love that it’s gated. I definitely recommend staying here!
