This condo unit is located on the 5th floor of an elevator building with access to an enclosed garage space included. The unit is located in a cluster that has it's own private pool with gated key access. The pool area includes a hot tub, bathrooms with showers and sauna, chairs, loungers and tables with umbrellas.

The unit includes brand new furniture and appliances, TV in the living room and both bedrooms, high speed wi-fi, desk with monitor and office chair, walk-in closet, and washer/dryer. For the day at the beach, we include beach chairs, towels, beach umbrellas and plenty of sand toys.

: We have rented in Ocean Village for 10 years before buying our very own unit. We currently live in NY, but we use our condo in Ocean Village at times when it is not rented. There is so much to do in Ocean Village and we love sitting on the beach and taking long walks around the property for exercise. You won't be disappointed!

Why this property?

The Seascape 1 building offers many benefits that other clusters in Ocean Village do not have. Enclosed garage space, private pool, elevator building, gas grill access. Watch the waves of the ocean as you eat meals at the table or as your are watching TV on the sectional couch. Look out over the lights of the City of Fort Pierce at night. Watch the pelicans fly by and the beautiful sunset each night.

SPACIOUS 2 BR Condo with Ocean View on Hutchinson Island

Spacious and clean condo situated on the 5th floor with views of the ocean. Conveniently located to the many amenities within the development. Pools, tiki bar, restaurant/bar with amazing happy hour, 9-hole par 3 golf course, shuffle board, hot tubs and more. Access to a garage was an extreme plus for storing bicycles. Condo was also located walking distance to the jetty. The most friendliest of people reside within the development as well.
