Enjoy our beautiful duplex. Both units upstairs and downstairs are owned by me therefore if you are two families that prefer some privacy while still being together, this is the place for you! Weather you want to hang out together in your own private yard or hit the city as a group minutes away, you wont be disappointed! This is an updated unit with high end and luxurious furniture. The home is conveniently located 5 minutes to crescent lake. Grab a bike and ride around the beautiful lake. The home is very spacious and perfect for up to 9 guests in total (1 unit fits 5 and other 4). There is a king bed in the bedroom, 1 sofa bed (queen) in living room and a futon upstairs and downstairs 1 king bed and 1 sofa bed. Enjoy your own private yard equipped with a jacuzzi and BBQ (2nd floor only)

Why this property? This property is perfect for people who want to explore the city as a large group or only a few friends. You have the option to rent the whole building or rent by unit. It is located next to a lake so get your running shoes on or take your dog for a walk because you will love this park/lake! The units themselves have been updated and are equipped with high end furnishings.

Seth T.Anniversary getaway
We were very pleased with this unit. Everything was in excellent condition. The location is close to everything, including a great lake at the end of the street where we walked our dog. Great restaurant/bar grill in backyard, no driving needed. Just pack your clothes, food and personals and you are set! This unit will be one we will come back to in the future. The hosts were very easy to deal with from start to finish.
