Why this property? My wife and I have spent vacation time at Champions Gate and other places. We felt at home since the first vacation time at this club. All great amenities at the property and the club have made a big impact on our decision to acquire this property. We brought our family over to spend the holidays and want everybody to feel home when they open the door. Do you have a BBQ Grill available?
Yes. There's an additional $5/day fee. Please refer to it when making your reservation.
How do I get in the house?
We provide a personal code to use with the Keypad Door Lock. This code will be sent out within 48 hours your arrival date. We will also provide a QR Code to enter in the Resort premises.
How do I pay for my reservation?
We accept Venmo, Zelle, CashApp, PayPal. Certified or Personal checks may be accepted with ID check.
Do I need to bring my own linens and towels?
No. You don't need to worry about that. We provide linens for all beds and 1 set of towels for each guest during your stay. We also provide pool towels for each guest
Is the pool heated?
There an option for heating the pool. However there's an additional fee for it. Please refer to it when making your reservation.
Is there a cleaning fee?
Yes! You will have to pay for cleaning services when checking out. This fee also includes washing all linens and towels.
What model of coffee maker the property offers?
We offer a drip coffee maker using basket coffee filters.

My family and I stayed a week in July. House was very clean. Kitchen was organized and labeled. Bedrooms were tidy and all linens such as pool towels and bath towels were left in the rooms. Pool was clean, yard was kept clean. Garbage was picked up daily. Community pool/splash pad was a plus for the kids. Fernando (owner of property) was always answering our questions right away and very accommodating. This rental is a great place to stay.
