This beautifully remodeled and updated 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo provides breathtaking, panoramic views of the Gulf of Mexico and the Panama City beaches. This unit has everything you and your family will need to make your vacation a really special one. This fantastic condo has an extremely well-stocked, bright-white kitchen, plenty of dining space for everyone in the family, LVP flooring throughout the condo, a stackable washer and dryer in dedicated laundry room and tons of natural lighting. *Tidewater Beach Resort charges a $55 resort fee. You must register online and pay for parking and wristbands for your stay. Registration information will be included in your check in info that will be emailed 7 days prior to your arrival date. Please be aware that Tidewater's parking garage has a clearance of 7 feet.

Beach chairs are NOT included with the rental but are available to rent at the resort upon arrival.

25% is due at the time of booking to confirm a reservation and block selected dates. The remaining balance is due at least 30 days prior to your stay or your reservation will be cancelled with no refund of any deposit. You must cancel at least 30 days in advance to receive a full refund.
