OUR PROPERTY IS LOCATED IN DELRAY BEACH, FLORIDA (BETWEEN FORT LAUDERDALE AND WEST PALM BEACH) – 20-25mins driving distance from either airport off I95. minutes from golf courses

3 BEDROOM – BUNGALOW, WITH POOL – IN A GATED COMMUNITY. Very safe, clean home - Includes free access to top notch tennis, pickleball and basketball courts, fitness centre, large heated pools, hot tub, and NEW Polo trace club house completed 2020. Located within minutes of public golf courses. Note: Owners prefer minimum three month rental commitment during winter season (Jan-Mar). All amenities, high speed internet & cable, restaurants, movie theatre, shopping malls & nature reserves very close by, Delray beach & downtown 15min! Fully furnished. Bonus: entertainment includes billiards table, darts, games, etc. Multiple car parking in driveway.

Pool deck has remote awning, night lighting, BBQ and maintained pool. A new Lanai has been added over the pool deck for added security and pest protection. Back yard is private and quiet.

Master BR includes walk in closets, walk out to pool deck, private washroom, cable TV

Second BR has Queen bed, TV access to washroom shared with 3rd bedroom.

: My wife and I are retired professionals. Fred is a Finance Executive currently serving as a board director, advisor and/or business consultant for a number of clients. We have two daughters who are both married and currently two grand children.

We are Canadian residents living near Toronto Ontario. We enjoy travelling internationally and enjoying our vacation home for several weeks throughout the year.

Why this property?

We purchased this property in beautiful Del Ray Beach Florida as the location was ideal for family use. The community we live in is one of the best in the south Florida area with a new club house and full five star amenities. It is gated 24/7 security, close to all amenities including golf courses.

Wonderful Home

Warm , cozy home in Delray Beach. Open floor plan with beautiful landscaping ! Has everything you need, just bring your clothes. Host was exceptional and made sure we had everything we needed. They were kind and friendly and easy to work with on last minute details. House is as seen in pictures. Lovely quiet neighborhood , beautiful clubhouse, tennis courts. We felt safe and secure during our entire stay. Guards at the gate was very friendly and helped us with directions. Would love to stay at this home for future Floriday Vacations

Beautiful Stay!

We thoroughly enjoyed our winter stay at Polo Trace! Our host family stayed in contact with us to manage a few hiccups! The community was well maintained, and we welcomed the amenities available to us. We look forward to returning next year
