1. Cancellations: If cancelled 60 days or more before check-in 100% refund. For cancellations 59 days or less before check in all fees collected will NOT be returned upon cancellation unless the rental unit is re-rented for the entire period. If the unit is re-rented all fees collected will be refunded minus $150 service fee. No credit is given in case of early departure, no-shows, inclement weather, acts of God and or mother nature. No subletting or assignment by the guest. We also offer travel insurance to protect your trip.
