Beautiful condo in the Silver Shells Resort-On The Beach-St Lucia Building

3 Bedrooms 3 baths, all ensuite, & very private. The bedrooms all have king beds, 2 are Tempur-Pedic, and the other is a sleep number, they are new and comfortable. The living room has a queen pull out sofa and a coffee table on wheels. The 2 guest rooms share a patio, you can see the ocean from it, and the main bedroom shares the main patio with the living area. That patio has a better view of the ocean. The kitchen is fully stocked, and there is a full-size washer and dryer too. I have beach chairs and towels for your use as well as a wagon and 2 soft coolers. The 2 guest rooms share a hallway, and the main bedroom is on the other side of the living area so there is privacy for everyone. I have smart tv's in every bedroom and one in the living room that's 65" with a sound board. We have cable and our internet is excellent. You can stream on the tv's too. I have floor to ceiling blackout curtains in all the rooms. We have basketball courts, tennis courts, pickleball courts, a gym, full-service salon and a Ruth's Chris steakhouse, on property. There is a Vegas style pool with a hot tub between 3 of the towers and our tower has its own pool and hot tub too. There is a tiki bar and grill that's seasonal, and we have beach chair rental services too. There is a playground for the kids, and we are next door to Henderson State Park. We are in walking distance to the Back Porch restaurant and the Candymaker shop.

Pets are not allowed, this is an HOA rule for renters, and it's strictly enforced by our 24-hour security team and on-site manager. Only 8 people are allowed to stay overnight in the condo, this is state law, and our team enforces this as well.

Unique Benefits

This is a resort with a Ruth's Chris Steakhouse and full service spa on premises. We also have a private beach with tiki bar and grill, beach chair service, and a huge Vegas style pool in between 3 of the towers. You can walk to The Back Porch and have dinner and drinks and you're right on the beach. The Tiki Bar will have live music and stay open late on the weekends in season.

Why Kids Love It

We have a private playground for the kiddos and it has just been re-done. There is an inside heated pool & hot tub behind the spa, which is especially nice for the kids if the weather isn't cooperating.

Area Information

Destin has some of the most beautiful beaches in the world. Our building is a quick walk to our private beach. You can bring your own chairs, which I provide, or rent your own chairs and umbrella. Destin is also a fishing destination, with lots of places that you can rent boats or plan a fishing charter. There are snorkeling and dolphin tours, & floating tiki bar sunset tours. Destin has a boardwalk with lots of shopping and restaurants, and there are many nice restaurants nearby too. Some of our favorites are McGuires Pub and Marina Cafe. You will have a fabulous time at our condo!

Attractions Within Walking Distance

Have lunch, dinner or drinks at the Back Porch - restaurant on the beach within walking distance. And on the way over or way back, be sure to stop at the Candymaker, they make fabulous chocolates and taffy. Both places also have cute gift shops.
