For pet lovers, Azure Beach House is happy to welcome up to 2 dogs, provided they are housebroken and friendly with other pets and people. A non-refundable pet fee of $150 per pet is required at the time of booking, covering extra cleaning and sanitation. A refundable damage deposit of $150 will also be collected. If complaints are made about barking or disruption, we reserve the right to ask you to remove the pet. Unauthorized pets will result in a $500 charge and possible eviction from the property. By booking, you agree to these terms.

Flexible Cancellation Policy for Your Anna Maria Island Getaway
We want your vacation planning to be stress-free, which is why we offer a flexible cancellation policy. You can cancel up to 60 days before check-in for a full refund, minus a $495 processing fee and any third-party travel insurance fees. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Cancellations made within 60 days of check-in, or for reservations booked within 60 days of check-in, are non-refundable.
To cancel, simply send written notice via email from the address associated with your reservation. If you cancel within 60 days, we will relist the property for rent. If it re-rents, we will refund the rental amount minus the processing fee and any price differences.
If you need to shorten your stay or change properties, our standard cancellation policy applies, and no changes can be made once your stay has started.
