Jade East also has plenty of amenities to keep you as busy as you’d like to be- a grilling area for family cookouts, gated entry to keep your deeded beach access private, a fitness center plus tennis and basketball courts. To top it all off, the location of Jade East is in the center of Destin near all the fun! Big Kahuna’s Waterpark is across the street and more than enough restaurants, shops and golf courses are either within walking distance or a short car ride away.
We require a minimum length of stay during the summer and over holidays.

We are thrilled to offer our Newman-Dailey guests 1 FREE Activity each day of your stay through Xplorie for paid stays, 27 nights or less. Big Kahuna’s water Park, A Round of Golf, Dolphin Cruise, Parasailing, The Gulfarium, & Snorkeling (seasonal and subject to availability)
Guests receive a welcome kit with small dishwasher detergent, dish soap, sponge, a roll of paper towels, and laundry detergent. There will be an initial trash liner in each receptacle and a set of toilet paper and soaps for each bathroom provided. Guests will need to replenish supplies for longer stays.
