A fully stocked kitchen for quick snacks or family feasts awaits as well as a full size laundry room. The beautiful color of the walls and the neutral color scheme of the furniture is a perfect complement to the view outside. On the property of Jade East, you will enjoy a resort style pool and hot tub, a fitness center and tennis courts. Jade East is just a short walk to many area attractions and restaurants. And of course, the property sits directly on the beach with complimentary chairs and umbrella in season. We are thrilled to offer our Newman-Dailey guests 1 FREE Activity each day of your stay through Xplorie for paid stays, 27 nights or less. Big Kahuna’s water Park, A Round of Golf, Dolphin Cruise, Parasailing, The Gulfarium, & Snorkeling (seasonal and subject to availability)
Guests receive a welcome kit with small dishwasher detergent, dish soap, sponge, a roll of paper towels, and laundry detergent. There will be an initial trash liner in each receptacle and a set of toilet paper and soaps for each bathroom provided.
Guests will need to replenish supplies for longer stays.
