This large (1,674 sq. Ft.), beautiful third story condo (with elevator) condo in the gated Sanibel View Condominium community offers 2 large bedrooms, a den/office equipped to function as a 3rd guest bedroom with a queen-size sofa bed and privacy drapes behind French doors, 2 bathrooms, and a large lanai overlooking Bunche Beach Preserve. This complex is close to Sanibel Island and Fort Myers Beach. It is walking distance, just under a mile, to Bunche Beach, and walking distance (just over 2 blocks) to a Publix Grocery Store and restaurants.
This luxurious condo includes:
Newer king-size hybrid mattress in the primary bedroom and two extra long twin memory foam mattresses in the second bedroom. The sofa bed in the den/office has a memory foam mattress as well. The bedroom mattresses were encased in mattress protectors before being used. These covers are easily washable as well. It also includes:

Area Information
Sanibel View is located in a low traffic area near Bunche Beach. It is about 2 miles from the Sanibel Island Causeway and maybe 5 miles from the bridge to Fort Myers Beach. There is a locked gate at one end of the complex for the short walk to Publix, restaurants and a sports bar. Target, Walmart, Aldi’s, Walgreens and CVS are minutes away. For golfers, whether you want to play a round of golf or hit a bucket of balls, Shell Point Golf Course is maybe a mile away. Other golf courses are within a short driving distance. It is also a fairly short, beautiful drive to downtown Fort Myers where the Edison Winter Estate Museum is located along with great restaurants, roof top bars with views of the water and nice shops.

Bunche Beach is a special place. Tourists tend to go to Fort Myers Beach and Sanibel Island Beach. Bunche Beach is used by locals and snow birds. It's not crowded and offers beautiful sunrise and sunset views as well.
If you enjoy ice cream, try Love Boat Ice Cream! It is a 2.4 mile drive and is located on San Carlos Blvd. Fantastic and very popular!

About the host: Our primary home is in the northern suburbs of Chicago. After years of working in the finance and real estate development industries, I am adjusting to spending more time with family, friends and enjoying outdoor activities. We plan to travel more and offer our place, when we are not there, for others to enjoy.
Why this property? In 2017, we decided to purchase a second home in Florida. We looked up and down Florida’s east and west coasts. The first condo, of many, we saw when looking in the Fort Myers, Bonita Springs, and Naples area was this condo. Nothing else we saw compared to our place. The previous owners had lived there for about 10 years. We made a lot of updates to create our cozy tropical paradise. Whenever we drive into the complex, the beauty of the property, foliage, lake in the middle with a lit up fountain, just warms our hearts. This is a quiet, friendly community with owners and renters from all over the United States, Canada and Europe. A social committee coordinates frequent events for renters and owners. The pool area offers plenty of room to either read a book or to socialize. The area has beautiful tropical landscaping with a short walk to Bunche Beach (less than a mile) and the Publix shopping center (just over a block away).
To us, Sanibel View is a hidden gem that pleasantly surprises first time visitors. We plan on traveling a bit more and want to share our place with others while generating income when we're not using it.

6 is the maximum. Up to 4 renters may stay overnight on a regular basis. Guests may stay up to 7 nights with advance written notice to owner.

Smoking is not allow in the condo, lanai or within 25 yards from any building or common amenity.

I highly recommend Larry and Sheila‘s condo for a comfortable relaxed and enjoyable stay. The condo itself is beautifully appointed, and the kitchen is well equipped with everything you need. I was impressed with the quality of everything from the dishes to the mattresses and linens. The location of the condo and proximity to FMB and shopping is an added bonus . Larry makes sure you are well informed and supplies an information package with restaurants and activities in the surrounding area. He takes great pride in his condo and genuinely wants you to have an enjoyable visit. Thank you Larry and Sheila! Miss your condo already!

Better than expected. A real gem.
In a great location, this condo is nicely furnished and very comfortable. Some rentals cheap out on the mattresses and bedding, but this rental didn’t. The beds were so comfortable. We found the kitchen well equipped with plenty of silverware, dishes, pots, pans, utensils, and great appliances. It was a nice bonus to have the den. The view from the lanai is great. This place is just a short walk to Bunche Beach and the grocery store. We were thrilled there was no traffic congestion in the immediate area, and we were minutes from Sanibel Island and Fort Myers Beach. This place, and the owners, are a great find! We will be back.
