Town home is located in Gulf Highlands Beach Resort close to all the restaurants, shops, and fun, perfect for a family getaway. The resort features a 11 swimming pools (5 of which are heated), six tennis courts (2 lighted), mini-golf, and shuffleboard. It has two parking spaces in front of the townhouse.

Safety Note: (No SMALL CHILDREN PERMITTED TO SLEEP IN THE TOP BUNK)

PETS: We are dog friendly. $150 pet fee. Per HOA rules dogs under 40 pounds. Please select the number of pets when adding the number of adults and children.

Rented Golf Carts are not permitted inside the HOA.

About the host

: Thank you for looking at our beach house. We are Joseph and Megan and very excited to meet you. We are natives of Pittsburgh, PA and are extensive travelers. We have traveled the world and have visited all over the state of Florida through-out the years. After deciding we wanted to reside in Florida, we decided to move to the Northern Pan-Handle specifically Panama City Beach. We fell in love with this area. We are building a permanent residence on North Bay only 15 minutes away from this beach house.

We are a very family oriented couple with 5 children, 1 grand-daughter, and our fur baby, Jasper.

We love giving people the opportunity to have the same experiences that we have had during our travels and look forward to meeting you as well.
