We offer these amenities at no cost as an extra perk at our property. Due to regular wear and tear, the salt air and humidity, we cannot guarantee the number of usable bikes at the time of your visit.
We try to keep a variety of sizes to choose from and regularly maintain the bikes but the inventory changes as replacements and repairs are necessary so we can't guarantee specific availability.

Security & Privacy
Security Camera Disclaimer: There are 3 operational Ring security cameras located on the outside of the home which record both visually and audibly. One camera is a doorbell in the front of the house facing the driveway with a sliced view of the front door. The other 2 are flood lights in the back facing the pool and patio. There are no cameras inside the home or facing any personal areas. The purpose of these cameras is to monitor the property's access and security while vacant. We take your privacy and safety very seriously. No cameras are monitored while guests are present unless there is an emergency.
Noise decibel monitor disclaimer: Please note that we have a noise decibel monitor installed on the premises to ensure a peaceful and enjoyable stay for all guests. This device is designed to measure the volume levels within the property and does not record any audio or conversations. The purpose of the noise decibel monitor is to help maintain a comfortable environment for everyone in the vicinity, including our neighbors. Excessive noise may trigger alerts from the monitor, prompting us to address the situation to maintain a harmonious atmosphere. While we encourage our guests to have a wonderful time during their stay, we kindly ask that you respect our quiet hours (10pm - 8am) and be mindful of noise levels, especially during late evenings and early mornings.

The house is located in a quiet, family friendly neighborhood. We are on a corner lot near a dead end street so we don't get a ton of through traffic or noise. The neighborhood is great for walks and bike rides.

We booked Lite Brite Beach escape for our girl’s mini vacation. We had a party of ten woman in our group. From beginning to end, everything was perfect. Working with Jodi was so easy. She took time to answer all my questions in a timely manner. The house was just as described and could not have been any more perfect. There was enough sleeping and living space for all of us when we were not outside enjoying the beautiful, heated swimming pool and all the other amenities (mini golf, movies, bikes, etc.). The location was great. There were a few places within walking distance to grab a bite to eat and the Publix and Dollar Tree were close by as well. We were able to Uber/Lyft to Madeira and Clearwater Beach within about 20 minutes of the house. I would recommend and hope to return with my own family someday.

Decia S.Perfect Home for Family Trip
Everything about this home, neighborhood and host were fabulous. Jodi was so responsive from booking, during the stay, and post follow up. Probably the best host I’ve ever worked with! The house was located in a safe and quiet neighborhood. Easily fit three large cars in the driveway. We walked the dog every morning and rode bikes for ice cream and even to the beach. Minutes from Publix! Our kids loved having their own beds in the bunk room with plenty of space to sprawl out. Each bed even had its own outlets to charge devices, major plus! So many activities to keep everyone busy if they didn’t want to relax watching tv…ping pong, swimming, putt putt, bikes, cornhole, board games and lite brite wall. We have rented a-lot of places and some of the special touches that stood out to us were flavored syrups at coffee station, alcohol pre-stocked in fridge, portable bluetooth speaker, full size bathroom toiletries, countertop ice nugget maker, and plenty of cookware/dishes.
