The Magic Emerald Island Villa invites you to experience an elegant escape near Disney World and Universal Studios. Our 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom villa accommodates up to 9 guests in comfort and style:
• The main master bedroom features a king-size bed, a private en suite bathroom with a garden tub, separate shower, and a walk-in closet. It also provides direct access to the inviting pool area.
• The second master bedroom includes a queen bed and its own private en suite bathroom.
• Bedroom 3 is a charming space with two twin beds, adorned in a Disney Mickey Mouse theme.
• Bedroom 4 is a whimsical retreat with a full bed on the bottom and a twin above, decorated with enchanting Disney Frozen themes.
All bedrooms are equipped with flat-screen TVs, ceiling fans, and built-in closets for a comfortable stay. Additionally, blackout drapes ensure a restful night's sleep in the ensuite bedrooms. The villa also includes a third full bathroom centrally located to serve Bedrooms 3 and 4, complete with a spacious storage closet and cabinet.
Our well-appointed kitchen offers all the comforts of home, with ample seating available in the kitchen nook or dining room.
The family room, ideal for gatherings, is equipped with a smart TV for added entertainment and connectivity.
For recreation, the game room features a pool table, foosball table, and a TV. Family-friendly amenities such as a pack-n-play, twin stroller, and highchair are provided for your convenience.
Step outside to the south-facing pool and spa, surrounded by lush bushes and palms, providing hours of sun-soaked enjoyment and privacy. The expansive private pool deck is furnished with padded pool furniture, including sun loungers, a dining table with an umbrella, and luxurious padded chairs — a perfect setting to relax. Your retreat at our villa promises a comfortable, entertaining, and relaxing experience in a magical setting.
Area Information
Our luxury villa is located at the elegant Emerald Island Resort which is situated just minutes away from highway 192 close to all the local shopping villages, fine restaurants and theme & water parks. As you enter this prestigious subdivision you will be greeted with the dolphin fountains just before the amenity filled clubhouse. This resort has everything you could possibly desire with tennis and volleyball courts, community pool and hot tub, Tiki Bar, minigolf, children's play area and nature trails for walking. It also has a fitness room and steam sauna room. All amenities are free to our guests.
Favorite Places To Eat
Restaurants: Ford's Garage in Margaritaville (2 miles from the house) is a great restaurant. Youman's British Pub is located next to Ford's Garage, with good food. Gloria Estefan has a restaurant in this area also. These are all located in Sunset Walk/Margaritaville off Hwy192/Irlo Bronson. In the evenings they have live music in the square. The Columbia Restaurant in Celebration.

A security deposit is replaced with a low-cost property damage policy that covers accidental damages up to $2,500 with no out-of-pocket expenses for guests in case damage occurs.
Payment Options include check, Zelle, PayPal and credit cards via Square. We gladly cover the processing fee for credit cards on deposits. However, for the balance, the processing fee must be covered by the renter, or an alternative payment method can be chosen.
The home has a 2-vehicle limit (no RV’s or Commercial Vehicles permitted). Emerald Island Resort charges $20/car/stay for resort access.

Excellent villa wonderful host.From the very first enquiry about renting Yelena’s Magic Emerald Island villa she was fantastic, guiding me through the booking and rental period until we left. Yelena made sure we had an excellent time during our 2 weeks stay and we loved the villa. It was exactly as shown on the webpage.The villa was spotlessly clean, bright, airy and had everything you could need. It was like a home away from home for us. The beds were super comfortable and were just what we needed following a long day at the parks. The house was well equipped, had everything you would need It was great having the pool and hot tub to relax in after long days at the parks or shopping.The games room contained a pool table, football table game, a variety of board games and pool inflatable toys. There were ponchos, umbrellas and a double collapsible pram (very handy if traveling from overseas, one less piece of baggage to struggle with through airports.As with the booking Yelena was only a WhatsApp away who kept in touch on a couple of occasions with details of best time to visit the nearby Celebration market or when a space rocket was going to be launched which was very much appreciated.The villa is set in the wonderful gated Emerald Island resort with its onsite 24/7 security and is located really close to the Disney parks.I would highly recommend this villa and its owner Yelena to anyone travelling to Orlando for the theme parks and if we travel to Orlando again, it will certainly be our first call.Bill & Maureen

This is the second time we have visited this week specced villa and again we had a fantastic time. This really is a home from home with all the amenities you could possibly require and more. The Emerald Island resort where the villa is located is in a fantastic location, extremely well manicured and Disney is particularly close.
