You have your own large washer and dryer and all top-of-the-line appliances in the spacious kitchen including smooth stove top, built in microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, espresso maker, blender, soda stream, cooking equipment and utensils.

Smoking is prohibited in the unit, on the lanai and in common areas of the St Maarten. Pets are not allowed, and primary renters must be 25 or older.

This property requires a minimum stay of 14 days, but possible 7-day rentals at certain times of the year can be accommodated.

Daytona Beach Shores is rated one of the Top 10 Beaches in Florida with many attractions to allow the whole family a fun filled vacation. The Daytona International Speedway and Daytona One is only minutes away. There are plenty of things to do after the sun goes down, miniature golf, movies, ice cream, outlet shopping, the main street pier with bands playing at the band shell from Memorial Day to Labor Day, and some great local non-chain, restaurants that have great food and reasonable prices. St. Augustine (the oldest city in the U.S.), Disney World and Orlando area attractions, and The Kennedy Space Center are only an hour away.
