The large south-facing terrace, guarantees undisturbed sunny days and pure vacation pleasure. The heated pool invites you to relax and unwind. The covered seating area with outdoor kitchen and gas grill is ideal for sociable barbecue evenings. The entire pool and lanai area is surrounded by a pool screen. Comfortable sun loungers are also available for you. In the pool area there is a spacious outdoor shower, which offers complete privacy thanks to a complete wooden surround.
