Beautifully furnished 2 bed/2bath attached cottage with private pool and boat dock with Gulf access. This lovely expansive cottage is located at the end of a cul-de-sac in a quiet downtown neighborhood only minutes away from downtown Cape Coral with shops, restaurants and popular hangouts.
The home has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a large living and dining area, a fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops and an enclosed, airconditioned lanai with comfortable seating and full wall sliding doors overlooking your private screened-in pool with outdoor seating and a gas grill, your own boat/fishing dock and intersecting canals leading to the open water.
Bedroom #1 has a king size bed and bedroom # 2 has two Queen size beds. Both bedrooms have full baths with tub/shower combination. One bathroom has a double vanity and one has the single vanity. Both bedrooms and the main living area has satellite TV and WIFI and internet is installed.
Enjoy the view through the sliding doors of fish and manatees in the canal, people enjoying boat rides and sometimes even dolphins and the gorgeous sunrises as you sit by your pool enjoying your morning coffee. Or have dinner in air-conditioned comfort in the lanai and watch the sun go down. The pool/deck area is also totally private with a heated pool, a gas grill and ample outdoor seating.

Electricity is charged at the utility rate (LCEC rate of $0.17/KWH) for KWH used during the rental period.
Lease payments are due as follows:
50% of total lease amount due at booking.
50% Balance including state & county taxes are due no later than 2 days prior to lease start
Payments can be made by credit card,wire transfer or bank cashier checks. Personal checks are not accepted.
Cleaning fees, electricity charges and any other ancillary fees are collected by credit card at lease end (card details must be presented to lessor when deposit is made).
No pets are allowed.
No more than 4 tenants are allowed at any time.
A damage deposit of $500 will be collected prior to lease commencement, Such deposit ( or remaining amount after deduction for damages) will be refunded after inspection at end of lease.
Cancellation: Cancellations prior to 60 days before lease start - deposit is refunded at 100%
Cancellations prior to 60 days through 89 days - deposit is refunded at 50%
Cancellations made less than 60 days prior to lease start - No refund
Our standard lease will be provided to tenant prior to due date of deposit and must be returned signed prior to acceptance of deposit.
In addition prospective tenant must agree to both a background check and a credit check which will be performed by leasor (or agent).
