About the host: Former travel nurse owned vacation property. We live in Delaware,Ohio along the river. Water has always been a must have when we vacation. You will not want to leave the lanai, great bird and gator watching (no worries there is a gator fence)

Located on a golf green in Heritage Landing.This condo is clean & well decorated. We had fun watching the golfers & the crocodiles on the green! EVERTHING in the condo worked & there we were lots of towels, dishes & glasses! The beds were comfortable & clean. The condo is on the ground floor, right across from the community pool. There was always a free chair & nice people to talk to! Tracy was responsive to our calls & kindly provided lovely welcome gifts! The condo is about 15-20 min outside of Punta Gorda.. There are good restaurants & live music very close! Out dog Tucker loved his stay as well!
