~ The Second Bedroom Suite has a king-size bed with private full bath.
~The Third Bedroom and bath has a queen size bed and a tub.
~Note: All bedrooms have custom closets with built-in shelves and drawers.

Outdoor Living. The large lanai is caged and is its own semi-private living space that backs up to the preserve with views to the 3rd and 17th holes on the golf course. The private pool, hot tub, lounge chairs, dining for eight people, plus a living area with couch, fire pit, and television. Amazing!

The home also has an attached 2-car garage ... however, one of the bays is filled with a golf cart that can also be leased. :)
