Each of the 4 bedrooms is professionally decorated and complete with King Beds, TVs, and En-Suite Bathrooms to make sure that your comfort is the top priority.
Ready for dinner? The Chef’s Kitchen has a 48-inch gas range ready to create mouthwatering meals. Alternatively, there is a Gas BBQ on the lower pool deck for the evenings that are too nice to not grill out. Pop open a bottle of wine from the wine cooler and enjoy it as you watch the sunset over the ocean on your private covered porch.
Your group will have easy beach access and a simple stroll to Bean Point in this private, residential neighborhood. After spending your day at the beach, come back and enjoy a movie on any one of the TVs in the space. If you’re still itching for more activity, your group can take out the bikes, kayaks, or paddle boards that all come included with Cloud 9.
You’ll never have a worry, as we or our assistant are available to assist you 24/7. All you have to do is show up and find yourself on Cloud 9.
Note: All Guests Age 18+ must sign an Amenity & Equipment Waiver. Pre-approval of all pets required - Pet Fee per pet, Signed Waiver, and proof of vaccinations required.

GinaWhile the house was beautiful, it was not ready after the hurricane and we pretty much paid full price. There were workers in and out during our stay, unannounced, and some of the items were not working properly when we arrived (hot tub, internet, smoke alarm, elevator, pool heater, ipads, no TVs on wall outside by pool, etc.). The door code did not work but the there was maintenance on the property when we arrived and they gave us their code. The communication with us during our stay was very poor. We did not know people were coming to work on property unless we called about an issue. It was very uncomfortable. I did bring these issues to their attention and they refunded me $500 but we paid nearly $7000 for our 3 day stay. It definitely was not worth the money given the issues that we had and the property was definitely not ready for guests when we arrived. They did seem responsive to our concerns and we had a great time, nonetheless, and dealt with the issues.

BenStart to finish this was a splendid stay. Everything was as pictured and advertised. The staff was extremely helpful and communicative. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a beach paradise. We look forward to booking our next stay.

AdrienneThis house was absolutely beautiful. The pictures look just like the home, pool, and hot tub. We had a wonderful time and we plan to plan another trip within a year. The house was close to many delicious restaurants. Renting an extra golf cart was perfect for 8 people.

AmandaThis home and location exceeded my expectations! It was the cleanest home I’ve stayed in, the pool/spa/outdoor space was fabulous! Well done! It’s also one of the only homes that provided more than just one toilet paper, paper towel rolls, soap, etc. I came with my supplies but never had to use!The were super responsive. We only had one minor issue with the elevator the day we arrived and they were there to help and fix the issue within minutes! I highly recommend this home and host if you want an amazing stay! Definitely far exceeds some others on the island I’ve stayed at. They care about their guests and it shows.I can’t say enough, thank you for making our stay so memorable and enjoyable! We will be back if you will have us!

Lori C.This house is amazing. It's right on the beach with beautiful views. We used all the outdoor/pool space which had plenty of seating for our family of 8. The rooms are spacious with a great layout and the house was very clean. We had a couple of minor issues and Dan was at the house within minutes to fix them. Its in a great location-walkable to town. I would highly recommend staying here.
