The ground-level, single-floor home makes relaxation accessible for anyone and everyone. Recent remodels have brought the 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms into pristine condition… The only thing missing is you.
Nestled in the north end of Anna Maria Island, Mintfish provides close proximity to Gulf beaches, beautiful sights, and perfect weather. However, most of its magic lies on its own property. You can take in the views of the island from the comfort of your own private, heated pool. When you’re done with the pool, you can take a stroll down the dock to take in the sunrise or sunset. When mealtime rolls around, the chef of the group can fire up the outdoor gas grill for a glorious outdoor dinner. Or, the group can jump into a rented golf cart and head to Anna Maria City Pier or Pine Avenue, where you’ll find award-winning restaurants and bars.
If you’d like to take an active turn on your vacation, you can explore the island and the surrounding water via kayak or paddle board. Take a dive into the water and you just might be lucky enough to catch sight of a manatee or a dolphin enjoying the sea. After a day full of activity, you can unwind and relax your muscles in the hot tub on the property. However you choose to spend your vacation, the Mintfish is sure to provide everything you need for a serene oasis in the heart of charming Anna Maria Island.

Richard“Like a movie set” - the only way to describe this property and its location. We stayed here for our honeymoon, we intended on exploring the island. However the property was that spectacular, we spent the majority of our time there instead.If you haven’t stayed here before, you’re missing out. We’re a bit sad that only two of us visited, as it’s a very social house layout and would suit a family / friends group perfectly. From the quality of the pan sets, through to seeing dolphins in the bay from our back garden, there really is too much to boast about. It really is in a different league!The team who run this properly are superhero. They constantly keep you updated about local amenities and anything else you could possibly need.

PeytonOur stay was nothing short of amazing! We had a great time. The house is absolutely beautiful + in a great location, with shops & cute restaurants nearby. The golf cart was a great addition - we used it quite often for grocery/food runs, a trip to the beach, and to explore the island. Highly recommend ordering your groceries ahead of time, so you can soak up every minute here! We opted to stay at the house for most of our trip, as the pool was fantastic and all the activities they provide make the home complete. We saw manatee's when we took the kayaks on the water, and we caught some fish from the dock. We are a family of 8, and fit comfortably in the home. My sisters and I shared the bunkbed room (they are full beds!!), while my brothers and parents split up between the other 3 rooms. The beds and the couch are so comfortable it's dangerous! There are so many good things to say about this place, we have already recommended it to friends. My only recommendation is to add a fire pit!

RandellWe had a fantastic time at this property! When we arrived, Daisy met us there to make sure that we got into the house okay, and that it met our expectations. She assured us that if we needed anything, she would be available to assist us. The house was spacious and clean, and everything we expected and more! The view was beautiful off the pool and backyard. The boat dock was nice, and we were able to use it easily to dock our boat and take it out whenever we wanted. The golf cart provided was great for our family. We had so much fun here, and we have already started checking the calendar for when we can return! Thank you!

Maria JenniferWe had the most wonderful week at Mintfish! The place was impeccably clean, fully stocked with all the essentials and so beautifully decorated. The view is second to none and we spent countless hours kayaking, paddle boarding, fishing off the dock and enjoying the pool. The use of the golf cart and bikes made getting around the island such a breeze. For us, this is the best side of the island. Close to everything, but just hidden enough to enjoy the peace and quiet. The hosts were so responsive and helpful with all our needs. Needless to say, it was extremely hard for us to leave. We’re already checking our calendars to book it again. Thank you for a week full of priceless memories!! We’ll be back!

JennaWe loved our stay at Mint Fish!! We had 8 girls for a bachelorette party. Every bed was comfortable. The house was spotless. The golfcart was so helpful getting to nearby restaurants and shops. The weather was chilly so we didn't use the kayaks or paddleboards, but they looked awesome. Loved the little put-put on the side of the house too. The host was very responsive when I called with questions at checkin. They even came to the house to help us turn on the hot tub. The hot tub does turn off every 2-3 hours so if you aren't home all day, that is a downside, but it gets very hot and the view is beautiful! We saw dolphins from the dock. There are alarms you cannot turn off (for safety) on every door to the porch. That is a little hard to handle with going in and out often, but it's a law so you just have to turn it off by a button on the top of the slider each time you open it. I will definitely be back with my own family and kids. This house helped make our whole weekend wonderful!

ArynI booked this property as a birthday weekend getaway for myself and my family (6 adults). The photos are great but do not do this place justice, it must be experienced in-person to be fully appreciated. We spent most of our time during the day in the pool and found ourselves being drawn back outside in the evening to enjoy the peacefulness of the water and the stars. The property is located in a great spot, close to shops and restaurants or a quick ride away from the beach. An added perk of booking here is that the property comes with a golf cart, kayak, SUP boards, bikes, and a boat lift. The hosts were very responsive and helpful, answering the many questions I had leading up to my stay. My family and I had an amazing time, and we'll be booking again, hopefully in the near future! This is a 10/10 recommendation.

HeidiBeautiful home on the canal. Very peaceful and private back yard with great pool and hot tub right on the water. Just a 5 minute golf cart ride to the beach or restaurants and shops.Home is very welcoming and beautifully decorated.
