Gulf Highlands Beach Resort is a 24/7 gated community, centrally located and convenient to many restaurants, shopping, golf, bowling. The resort offers 11 pools (5 heated) including one right outside our door, and one right on the beach with snack bar for guests only. It also has an 18 Hole Mini golf course (bring your own putters and balls), 4 tennis courts, shuffleboard (bring your own shuffleboard necessities) and playground. It's just an easy 6-7 minute walk from our door, through gate and across a signal pedestrian crosswalk to the beach area. We have a beach pull-cart.

Downstairs you will find comfortable furniture (including sofa, and matching chair and another comfortable chair), kitchen with (fridge, dishwasher & gas stove) equipped with all cooking needs. The dining area offers seating for 4 along with an additional seating for 3 at the breakfast bar. You can relax on the patio or upstairs balcony. There's an outdoor gas grill.

There's a 1/2 bath, laundry room with washer & dryer, and cable tv.

Upstairs features 2 bedrooms with queen beds and an XL twin bed in the second bedroom. (new comforters and linens), large closets with hangers and full bath. The master bedroom has a patio and cable tv!

We've also included for your vacation stay: beach chairs, beach umbrellas, beach towels and toys, beach cart, tennis racquets and board games.

You can Park directly in front of your door with 2 designated spaces (No waiting on elevators or crowds). This gated resort community offers amenities that your family will enjoy.

Whatever your vacation needs may be, this little piece of paradise allows you to kick back and unwind. Historic St. Andrews Bay is a short drive away that features the charm of 'old Florida' enjoy shopping and lunch overlooking the marina and bay. Take a drive to the west on scenic 30A to enjoy the quaint village of Seaside that features shopping and dining.

Unique Benefits

Pets are allowed with a pet fee of $75.00 per pet. Each Pet must be crate trained and house trained and cannot weigh over 25 pounds per pet.

Golf Cart Rental is available for an additional fee.
