Private and quiet 2 bedroom/2 bath end unit in Sandy Pointe. Excellent location for all that Anna Maria Island has to offer! Sleeps 4 with a king size bed in the principal bedroom and 2 twins in the secondary bedroom. Large heated pool and screened in lanai. Short walk to shops, dining and stop for the free island trolley. Extensive views over top of the Mangrove Preserve.
Wagon, beach chairs and umbrellas provided for pleasant walk to beach. Best location for on and off the island quickly. Washer and dryer provided as well as under cover parking for 2 cars. Plug at parking level for golf carts. Lovingly maintained condo with consistent high reviews. Enjoy your stay!

Hayward by the Sea
The unit was very clean and the location was secluded and quiet while also being a short walk to the beach, Publix, shops and restaurants. There is also a garage to park 2 cars. The center of Anna Marie Island is a short 5 min. drive. There is a nature preserve with a walking path located next to the unit.
