We’ve made Zilli our holiday getaway for the past few years, and every stay has been nothing short of exceptional. Jim and his team excel at communication, ensuring every detail is seamless. The space is always impeccably clean, stylish, and incredibly comfortable, with thoughtful touches like umbrellas and coolers that make our trips even more enjoyable. We’re so grateful to Jim for providing such a perfect home away from home and can’t wait to return year after year!

This was our second stay this year in a Zilli oceanfront suite. Once again, the accommodations met and exceeded our expectations. The suite was well appointed with modern furnishings. The suite was immaculate and well-maintained. The weather was fantastic, which was the appropriate finishing touch.

The beach is beautiful and the condo has perfect views. While housed in an older building, the condo itself is updated and modern. Jim is a conscientious host who provides excellent communication and recommendations for how to enjoy the area. He responds to questions quickly. We do have a minor quibble with the choice of "daylight" bulbs (rather than soft white) in many of the lighting fixtures. This tends to give an otherwise beautiful condo a bit of an institutional feel. All in all, we couldn't have asked for a better.

The view of the beach could not have been better. The balcony also offered fantastic views of the sunset. My wife and I plan to make the location our permanent vacation destination for all our future beach trips!

This was our second time staying at this fantastic location, and it just keeps getting better! If you’re thinking about booking here, don’t hesitate—do it ASAP! This beachfront property is perfectly located in Longboat Key, close to the grocery store, shopping, and the wonderful restaurants at St. Armand’s Circle. Plus, the beach is beautiful and quiet, providing a perfect escape. The interior of the condo is modern and well-appointed with quality furnishings, making it comfortable and stylish. Lastly, Jim truly goes above and beyond to meet the needs of his guests. His communication is excellent, and he is incredibly accommodating. Highly recommend!

The condo was perfect and had everything you would need for an amazing trip. The unit is very clean and decorated beautifully. The view was spectacular and the beach was almost private. The owner/host Jim makes sure you have everything you need for a wonderful stay. We will definitely be back.

We had a wonderful time. The condo was beautiful as well as the gulf view. Had everything you need. The walk to beach was great walking through palm trees. Jîm was great and always there if you needed him.
