The guest bathroom has a tub as well as a door that goes out to the pool area. The den is set up with a desk and printer so if you find yourself needing to do some work you will have a nice retreat to do that.
We have set up the kitchen with all the things that we use at home, including spices. There is a highchair seat for young children. The open concept kitchen allows for one to be preparing a meal and conversing with people who are sitting on the couch and love seat in the living area or people sitting at the table.
Other features include washer and dryer and a gas grill. The house has been updated with new luxury vinyl flooring, decorative ceilings, wood cabinets, granite counter tops, new stainless steel appliances, hood vent, new bathroom vanities, tiled showers, LED recessed lighting, new ceiling fans, his and her walk in closets in the master bedroom, new paint inside and out, stamped concrete around pool and walkway, along with an irrigation system and updated landscaping to welcome you.
Most of the time we end up just enjoying the pool and stay around the house but if you are feeling adventurous there is a multitude of activities to partake in.
