*Security deposit $3300 , cleaning fee $250, HOA application fee $100.

*Security deposit, first and last month are due on signing
*The tenant is responsible to pay for electricity, gas, water & sewer

* Pets restrictions and extra fees apply:
$150 per month per pet, and extra $300 carpet cleaning fee apply
Only low shedding hypoallergenic small dogs and cats are allowed
*Pets are only allowed in the first floor, a gate is provided to prevent the pets from going in the second floor
*$500 fee will be taken from the security deposit in case we find animal traces in the upper floor
* Smoking of any kind is not permitted in the house
