Two Queen bedrooms, including one Master with en-suite facilities.
Two twin bedrooms
Single fold out bed available
Therefore Property can sleep up to nine adults or children
Two Lounge areas, both with three & two seater sofas.
This gives the availability for up to ten people & can also suit a two family group.
Large Dining area plus breakfast area, therefore plenty of areas to sit & eat.
Dining table extends and can easily seat 8 plus (Chairs for 10)
Two bathrooms, one being off the master bedroom. (Hair dryers in each). Each with bath & shower over, vanity units & toilet
Fully fitted kitchen with all equipment. Recently upgraded to double fridge/freezer with ice maker/crushed/iced water. New glass topped stove with multiple settings for cooking. Newly installed overhead microwave/oven. Double bowl sink with spray wash, electric waste disposal. Fully plumbed in Dishwasher.
All other equipment that should be required includes Coffee maker, kettles, toaster, sandwich make, blender etcr.
Plenty of crockery, glasses, pans, baking items, cutlery & utensils.
Double garage that now is Themed Games Room with full size pool table, table tennis top to suit. Air hockey, table football & darts. Seating including sofa, tall stools and feature bar area
In Ground pool (can be heated if required), Deck area, fully screened with plenty of furniture to lounge away your days. Recently extended pool deck area and new screening with lower section in Florida Glass and full width covered area adjacent to main house
Internet TV in all rooms, wi-fi, air printer
Washer & Dryer sited in corner of Garage. Ironing Board & Iron
Plenty of laundered bedding & towels
There is a stroller & high chair that is available to use at your risk
There is also a Gas Grill sited outside the screened pool deck

Sudesh S.Very affordable and spacious villa
This villa was very nice. It had all the space my family of 6 needed and more. The pool was a needed addition for the summer heat and it did not disappoint. The location might be a little off from the theme parks or major shopping, but when driving it was really a not an issue. The cost to rent the villa was very affordable and there wasn't any complications with settling the payment. Charley the neighbor who looks after the house for the owners was very pleasant and helpful. We would definitely visit again.

We were very pleased with the home we rented. It is well equipped with everything you would need. The heated pool is well worth the investment. The wi fi worked flawlessly during our trip. Charlie was available to help with the questions we had about the pool. Thanks to our hosts for a great place to stay.

V S.Ambience and location- perfect
The house felt like a home away from home, it had every single item you can think off, from the game room to a christmas tree, well if you stayed during the holidays. There are much more upgrades than what the pics show, my family was four off us and the house could have comfortably accomodated more than twice that amount. The location is approx 30 mins to any park, Disney or Universal, its on US 27 midway between 192 and I4, made it perfect for which ever direction you wanted to go. Everything is close by. The owners Ken and Jen have put some great details in the decor which gives the house a warm and cozy feel. Its not just a place to sleep and rush off too the parks but offers a relaxing atmosphere.

Ken and Jane are great hosts. The house is decorated very nicely and felt like "home". Furnishings are nice and the home has everything you will need. We went to Lakeland 4x and is a half hour or so down I-4. We didn't go to Disney's but one park is only 20 min away. We hung out at pool. The neighborhood was quiet for the most part and we felt safe. NICE STAY!

This home is in a quiet neighborhood with great access to all attractions. The home is well kept with everything you need to fix anything from a sandwich to a full meal. Being able to do laundry anytime is a great plus. The neighbors are friendly and would help you out if you had a problem. Debra, the contact for the house, is very nice and helpful. The Bloomfields, owners of the home, have created a lovely getaway home. If I were to stay in this area again, I would stay here again.

We stayed in this beautiful home for a period of 2 months as an escape from our Canadian winter. The location was excellent for getting to Disney, yet far enough away to be out of the heavy traffic. The heated pool was awesome and enjoyed most every day. The house is equipped with all that you need to enjoy your stay with comfortable beds, cooking utensils, dishes, outdoor grill, patio and deck furniture, washer and dryer, machine etc. Any questions are dealt with promptly by the local property manager and the owners are excellent to deal with. Highly recommend this property.
