Originally Built in 1940, this Beautiful Cottage is a One of a Kind. Recently updated with Love! From the rough cut lumber (not processed shiplap) walls and ceilings to the Retro General Electric Appliances, it isn't like any you've seen. There are 3 Bedrooms with Queen Beds, Closets and TV's and a Private Bonus Room with a Full-Size Bed and a pair of Bunk Beds and TV. There are 2 Full Baths, one with a walk-in shower and 2 vanities. The second has a tub shower combination.
Some recent updates include: New A/C and Heat, Hunter Ceiling fans, Tankless Endless Water Heater, Fully Equipped Kitchen, 2 Full Baths, Private Outdoor Shower, and plenty of parking. There's also a New Sidewalk out front plus Bike Lane!
Enjoy dining in or out! The dining room features an over-sized Farmers Table and a small Breakfast Bar. Outside, a Pic-Nic table in the courtyard. The long front porch overlooks the shaded play & grilling area. Plenty of places to Relax and unwind.
You're only steps to the Sugar White Sands of "The World's Most Beautiful Beaches". Beach Access 83 is right across the street from this cottage.
Located in the quiet Laguna Beach section of Panama City Beach, one of the most family-oriented neighborhoods you will find. This is the quiet West End of Panama City you have heard so much about. No getting in the car to go to the beach... it's across the street!
Worlds away from the hustle and bustle but only a few miles from everything you want to do and see. It's the perfect way to have a getaway and still enjoy all the new activities Panama City Beach offers. The Carousel Grocery store and World-Famous Thomas Doughnuts are just down the street. Shop and eat where local families and guests have enjoyed for generations.
Pier Park is only 4 miles away and we are only 3 miles from Hwy79 (which leads to our new International Airport). Frank Brown Park is 3 miles away. Winn Dixie & Publix Grocery stores are close in either direction. Local Restaurants from Fresh Seafood & Oysters to BBQ only minutes away. It's truly the Best of Both Worlds! ... Relaxed but Close enough to everything you and your family want to do and see.

We recently stayed in this vacation rental when our adult children and grandchildren came for our 50th Wedding Anniversary. The home was clean and comfortable and was stocked with everything that we might need. The home was decorated with a pleasant nautical theme and was very close to beach access.

What a beautiful cottage in a fantastic location. Walk out the door and across the street and you're on the beach! No need to worry about bringing things with you for the day at the beach, it's all there - beach towels, chairs, umbrellas, toys for the littles! There's an outdoor shower to rinse off the sand before going inside and enjoying all the amenities of home. The place is pristine and will make you feel like you're the only ones who have ever stayed there! All you need is a toothbrush and a swimsuit! This is going to be a habit!!

This property has everything you need! It has plenty of space for our family of 5 and is beautifully decorated. Very short walk to the beach access and the beach is almost never crowded. We love the outdoor courtyard area as well. Highly recommend renting this (or any property) from Haven Rentals PCB!

Lisa R.Enchanting beach cottage in quiet neighborhood
Great location out of the center of high rises in Panama City Beach. It really seemed like home, not a rental. We were a 60-second walk to touching the water on white sand beach across the quiet street. The entire home seems to have been remodeled recently and is gorgeously decorated. It was the most fully-equipped vacation rental. There was no need to hit the beach store for toys or supplies. A quick grocery store trip was all that was needed. David and Lisa were very kind and helpful. I still think of this as one of our best trips and I will return.

This is the second time we have rented this condo from Mr Jim. Gracious host and willing to reply to our questions rather quickly. Everything was clean and orderly in the condo. I thought I lost my credit card holder in the condo and he was willing to go and look for it himself....luckly, I found it at home, where I had hidden it from myself.Thanks again!
