MIN STAY 4 NTS /. MAX STAY 14 DAYS. This is a private condo located on the property of the world famous Innisbrook Golf Resort. The condo has a fully equipped kitchen, bar, living room with a new memory foam queen sleeper sofa, large TV, 2 recliners and a separate bedroom with a King bed. TVs in living room and in King Bdrm. There is a full bathroom and ½ bath – all towels and linens provided. The large balcony overlooks the 1st hole of the South Golf Course and is located right across from the Lochness Pool, the largest pool on the property.
There is free parking right at the condo building – with permit only. Permit is provided at check-in.
NO PETS
The condo is comfortable for up to 4 people (cot available if needed), perfect for couples or a small family. Some resort amenities are included, Golf is not included, however possible if you pay the green fees.
Just minutes away from the condo are several beaches, fishing boats and parks. Tarpon Springs known as the “Greek America" is just minutes away as well. Great locations!!!

We really enjoyed our short stay at this condo. Our morning coffee was spent on the balcony watching early morning golfers tee-ing up for a round of golf. The condo itself is very comfortable, clean and spacious. We had a bit of a problem with the internet initially, but it was quickly resolved. Our hosts, Melody and Giorgio, were gracious and very easily reached. We thoroughly enjoyed the huge pool directly across the street. Overall, it was a really wonderful stay and I would highly recommend it!

My husband and I stayed at Melody and Georgio’s place for 12 days in February. The apartment was exactly as they described it. It’s simple and a little dated but spotless and very well-stocked. The location within the resort is great, across the parking lot from a beautiful pool, next door to the clubhouse and a 7-minute walk to a well-equipped fitness center. My husband also used and enjoyed the tennis club a number of times. We loved the Howard Park beach which was less than 15 minutes away. The only downside to our stay was that the internet reception was spotty. George worked with us closely to resolve the problem. We are thinking about returning next year.

Everything was as listed. Great location next to the pool. Easy in and out of the complex. Lots of restaurants near by. Owners very nice and helpful.

We were intending to arrive on March 16th 2020 during the coronavirus period. We texted Melody about two weeks before our scheduled arrival date with our concern about the virus. Melody was extremely pleasant to deal and understood our concerns. Melody refunded our money with no questions asked. We certainly will rent from Melody next year.

Owners were very attentive to details. Would recommend this to anyone wanting a country club experience at a reasonable price. You do not have to be golfer to enjoy this beautiful property. Easy access to all Florida attractions in the area.
