Once lease agreement is signed, there will be no refunds to tenant. However, we understand that sometimes beyond your control, plans change. If cancellation is received in writing 90 or more days before occupancy we will immediately market the property and will do our best to find another tenant to take over the dates of your reservation. If we are successful, and the home is rented for the cancellation period and owner fully compensated, we will refund all monies received less $750 cancellation/ re-processing fee.

We just spent 5 weeks here (things you do when you turn 60!) and it was exquisite! the home and all its amenities suited us perfectly! We enjoyed everything - the beach (& Christine's golf cart rides), the shopping & restaurants (Mercato, 5th Ave, Third St, Waterside) all amazing! sunsets and nighttime swims/hot tub, morning walks, bike rides, quiet evenings and cooking at home (not many :) ). Couldn't have had a better time anywhere else.The house (Ellie & Tim) it was all amazing! A great winter escape - we will be back next year 2025 for a longer stay. Eileen R.Gorgeous beach-side retreat with every luxury at our fingertips
We stayed at this beautiful new home with our two young children and my retired parents. The house was absolutely artfully decorated and every room was another place for our family to thrive - to play, to cook, to work, to swim, and to relax. Our family has stayed in a few properties in Naples park over the years and this was our favorite BY FAR! We enjoyed many days of swimming and relaxing in the outdoor seating area, many evenings grilling out in the outdoor kitchen, and many trips to the beach for unforgettable sunsets. My only wish is that we had more time. I wish we had booked all summer long!

Julie V.Gorgeous Four Bedroom Home with Pool and Spa
An Absolutely Stunning Home! The location was perfect, very close to Vanderbilt Beach. The house has everything you need! 4 Bikes, 6 beach chairs, and an umbrella for the beach which was walking/biking distance! Near Restaurants, and a State Park with beach access! Did I mention the Pool and Spa!! Beautiful and clean! We grilled outside in the outdoor kitchen/living area, and watched the Packers beat the Lions on Thanksgiving! Luxury at its best! Comfortable Beds! Beautifully decorated! Lastly, the service, if needed was just a text away! I loved the book of all the recommendations! Highly Highly Recommend! We will definitely be back! We celebrated our 25 Wedding Anniversary with our 3 adult children. Everything was Perfect!

The problem was the trip was far too short which will give you an idea as to the reaction to this very nice getaway. Starting with a simple booking through Tim and Ellie we had no clue what awaited us!There is so much positive to be cited so not sure where to start. You walk into a well done coastal vibe that lets you know there is fun in store.With our time we kept to simple things. A must is an easy stroll to the beach. We realized we were on the 500blk which put us so close to Vanderbilt we had to go watch a gorgeous sunset. Took the bikes out and rode to dinner. You’re within a rocks-throw a lot of restaurants, so take advantage.When ready for some zen take a swim in the saltwater pool!Everything you need is provided for you which makes it that much easier to enjoy. What a great experience. We will be back and longer the next time.
