Downtown Dunedin is located 1 mile to the south where you will find plenty of restaurants, breweries, and shops for daytime and nighttime enjoyment. 1 mile to the north is Honeymoon Island and Caladesi State Park where you will love the beaches and beautiful sunsets. The Intercoastal Waterway is short 1-1/2 blocks where you will have incredible views overlooking St Joseph's Sound. And if you enjoy walking and biking, the Pinellas Trail is 1/2 block from the house.

: My wife Caroline grew up in Dunedin and I am from Tampa. We both have family that live in the area and we visit often.

Why this property?

We both live and work full time in Orlando. My wife is a teacher and spends her summer break at our Dunedin home. We spend many holidays in Dunedin to be close to our families. You will love this property as it feels like a home and not a rental.
