This spacious home has wide plank hardwood flooring throughout; open concept living area, and a stylish shabby chic décor giving you the comfy Beachy Coastal feel throughout.

The fully equipped kitchen has stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops and additional seating at the Island; making it the perfect place to entertain. The Living Room has an impressive wall entertainment center with a Roky Smart TV for your enjoyment! You can also have more family fun; and challenge someone to play a game of ping pong!

The three bedrooms are spacious and comfortable and offers a King Master Suite with walk-in glass shower, a Queen Guest room and the second guest room is furnished with 2 twins. The shared guest bathroom is a full tub/shower combination.

What is your cancellation policy?

A:

No credit is given in case of early departure, no-shows, inclement weather, acts of god and or mother nature. No subletting or assignment by the guest. All fees collected will NOT be returned upon cancellation unless the rental unit is re-rented for the entire period. If the unit is rented all fees collected will be refunded minus $150 service fee.
