No noise should be heard from the property line - more than 25 feet away 10 PM - 7 AM or 50 feet away 7 AM -10 PM. In accordance with this noise rule- no swimming 10 pm - 8 am. Noise Monitoring is used/required per Fort Lauderdale City rules for ALL Licensed Vacation Rentals.
All guest names must be provided per City of Fort Lauderdale requirement.

We had 3 families stay for a week in December for a Christmas vacation. Very spacious home for all of us.This house is a classy,modern and very clean. We loved the outside upstair terrace and warm pool.Scott the host was absolutely amazing to deal with. He went above and beyond to make our stay great! This place exceeded all expectations! We had a family gathering of 14, and let me tell you, this home is an absolute treasure! The pool—oh, the pool, it really was heated and the waterfall was great. The spaciousness of the house ensured everyone had their own space. The kitchen and bathrooms were gleaming, and the photos truly don't do justice to this beautiful space. I’m already planning our next visit, and numerous family members are clamoring for the booking details! And Scott, our host, was nothing short of amazing. Thank you for making our stay so incredible!

The house exceeded all of our expectations. It was impeccably clean, attention to details were obvious everywhere; soap, shampoo and new toothbrushes in all the bathrooms, the bed linens and towels looked new. The swimming pool had fountains and a waterfall feature and was the perfect temperature. The game room was complete - there was even a shelf full of board games. It was my wife's birthday and when we walked in we found a bouquet of flowers with balloons on the bar counter in the kitchen. Scott went over the top to make us welcome. A few hours after we arrived he called me to ask if we had any questions or needed anything. We have stayed in many vacation rentals- this one was the best one yet! The next time we come to visit we will book this house again!
