The space
This single-story condo is the largest plan in the collection of Condos at Babcock National. Near the foyer are two guest bedrooms each equipped with a closet that share one bathroom. The kitchen has a dining room tucked to the side and opens to the living room with access to a screened lanai. The owner’s suite is situated toward the back of the home for privacy with a beautiful view of the lake and 9th fairway.

Guests have access to the entire property with the exception of one locked owner's closet.

The unit can only be rented once a month which explains the great discounts on longer stays.
Applying for the transfer of the golf membership and the application for the transponder that lets you breeze by the manned gate is responsibility of the guest.

The condo is one of the best I've ever stayed at. Convenient to all activities, well designed and well equipped. The pool was fantastic, the food offerings on site were great and once you are at the development everything is very convenient. Tee times were tough in March but became easy in April and played five days in a row!

This was a great place to spend a month in Cape Coral. It had everything needed, great kitchen and the pool was so relaxing . quiet location with lots of shopping and restaurants close by, several beaches within a half hour, owner Debbie was a pleasure to work with.
