Unfortunately no pets are allowed for renters.
We have a small man-made beach on-site.
Boat slips are available for an additional fee. Boat has to be less than 26' LOA and proper paperwork needs to be submitted to association (registration, insurance)

Beautiful, updated condo in a nice, gated community. The amenities are great, and we were able to walk to several restaurants and bars nearby. The owner was very welcoming and helpful. We would happily return.
