Our condo sleeps 6 and has all new flooring, paint, furnishings and impact sliders and windows throughout! The bedrooms and living room all have smart T.V.s and we even have you covered at the beach with 4 beach chairs, an umbrella and beach toys! The association has private beach frontage for you to enjoy, a pool, tennis courts, pickle ball, a gym and much more! The Perfect Blue is well equipped with towels and linens for 6, kitchen is stocked with you dishes and basic needs, updated furnishings and décor throughout really make this condo free like home. The breathtaking views from the TWO balconies allow you to take in all the sights of Marco Island and the beautiful perfect blue coastline. South Seas is prime location whether you want to walk to your favorite restaurant and take a sunset stroll on the beach. If you desire a day trip to explore, you are 30 min from Naples, 40 min to Everglades National Park, just over an hour to Fort Myers Beach or 2 hours to Miami! We stayed in this condo for almost a month and enjoyed it immensely. Excellent view of the gulf and pool. Sun on balcony all day which is great in January. We have stayed in several South Seas condos over the years and this one was our best experience. Condo was very clean and everything in working order. The host was easy to work with and very accessible. Definitely intend to rent this condo next year. Thanks Marci.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this stunning waterfront condo on Marco Island, and it truly exceeded all my expectations! I have stayed many times in South Seas but never in this condo. This was the nicest and cleanest of all my stays. The condo itself was beautifully appointed, with modern furnishings and thoughtful touches that made it feel like a home away from home. The spacious living area was perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring, and the fully equipped kitchen allowed for easy meal preparation while enjoying the picturesque view. I loved sipping my morning coffee on the balcony, and unwinding on it with a glass of wine after a long day at the beach. The view is breathtaking - in the evenings, the sky transformed into a canvas of vibrant colours, reflecting beautifully on the water. The location was the best, with direct access to tiger tail beach. I also appreciated the amenities offered at the property, including a lovely pool and well equipped fitness center. Marci, our host, was incredibly welcoming and attentive, ensuring that every detail was taken care of, which made the stay even more enjoyable. I couldn't have asked for a better host and getaway destination! If you're looking for a serene vacation spot that combines luxury, comfort, and stunning natural beauty, I wholeheartedly recommend this waterfront condo on Marco Island. I can't wait to return!

We really enjoyed our stay in this gorgeous place! It was clean, nicely appointed and well maintained. The location is excellent with easy access to the Gulf beach and to Tigertail Beach Park. Other amenities are conveniently nearby as well.

My family stayed at the Perfect Blue and I highly recommend! The condo is a sought after corner condo with views of the ocean right of the patio. There is a wrap around patio, so you can either step out for a cup of coffee, lay out in the sun, watch the sunset, or just leave the slider cracked open to fall asleep to the sound of the waves. The rental of this condo gives you a parking space, swimming pool, laundry room access, a quick walk to the ocean, and also walking distance to restaurants and shopping. Not only was the condo impeccably clean, Marci was a wonderful hostess, she was very accommodating and ready to answer any questions we had. We had a great experience here and when we come back to Marco Island we will be renting her condo again!
