3 bedrooms are available. The master bedroom features a king-size bed, a 65-inch flat screen TV, plenty of space and a door leading to the lanai. This way, you do not have to walk through the house after swimming. Also included is a private bathroom. Two lavatories, a large walk-in shower and – of course – the bathtub make this room a true wellness oasis.

The other two bedrooms come with queen-size beds and 55-inch TVs. They share the second bathroom featuring a toilet, shower and bathtub. Right beside it, another door leads to the lanai.

Luxury awaits you in the spacious, open living area: Here, you can feast your eyes on the beautiful marble look, high-quality furniture and carefully placed deco elements and plants. Leather sofas invite you to unwind with your family. The extra-big TV is perfect for movie nights, and if you like to cook, you are in for a treat.

The kitchen has been seamlessly integrated into the villa´s living area – so you can socialize with guests while cooking. You will find all appliances and utensils to prepare delicious meals. In addition to an oven with 5 stove plates, the kitchen features a microwave and an XXL refrigerator – of course, with ice and water dispenser. Coffee maker, four-chamber toaster and a dish washer make the amenities complete. Thanks to a big, free-standing kitchen island, guests can cook together without getting in each other´s way.

There are multiple dining areas. If you want to enjoy snacks or a quick breakfast, simply take a seat at the kitchen isle. In addition, the living area features a table with 6 chairs. You can also enjoy Cape Coral´s beautiful weather and dine outside. Only a sliding door separates you from the lanai where you will find a large table and a cozy lounge area. Both of them are located in the roofed section, so guests are protected from the elements.

The lanai also comes with a true gem: the villa´s pool. Here, you can stay active, swim a few laps and enjoy the view of Cape Coral´s canal. Children love to splash around in the shallow pool section; 4 sunbeds offer relaxation and barbecue fans will appreciate the high-quality gas grill.

Peaceful, serene, yet central – this sums up the location. Villa Belvedere lies in the heart of Cape Coral, so you do not have to drive long to reach the city´s most important spots. Only a 5-minute ride separates you from the supermarkets Publix and Walmart. Farmer Joe´s and ALDI are 10 minutes away. Don´t feel like cooking yourself? Of course, there is no shortage of things to see and do. 1.2 miles away, little guests can let loose on the playground of Saratoga Lake Park. 0.6 miles north, Gator Mike´s Family Fun Park offers exciting rides and games. But this is not all. From Villa Belvedere, guests only need 5 minutes to reach Sun Splash Family Waterpark: a staple of watery fun in Cape Coral. Speaking of water: If you want to enjoy fine sand and palm trees, simply take a trip to Yacht Club Beach, 9 miles south of the villa.

IMPORTANT HOUSE RULES:

2. The price does not include electricity consumption. Electricity consumption will be charged after departure with 15ct. per Kwh. Consumption varies depending on the time of year as well as the use of the pool heater and air conditioning. The average cost of electricity per week is $35-$50.
3. Cleaning of the grill is not included in the cleaning fee. We ask you to clean the grill yourself after use. Cleaning by our cleaning team will be charged with additional $50. We provide all guests with consumables in the form of toilet paper, detergent and garbage bags free of charge for the first 2-3 days of your stay.
4. In case of a cancellation, we charge a handling fee of 5% on the payment amount already made. This fee is automatically offset against the refund.
5. The personal on-site check-in usually takes place the day after your arrival between 9:00 - 11:00 am and it is mandatory. The person who made the booking must be present in person and must be able to identify himself/herself (identity card).
