The Indoor Space: Excellent Wifi
4 Flat Screen TV’s Total in the Home ~ 1 Large TV in the Living Room + 1 TV in each of these Bedrooms; The Master King Bedroom, Queen Bedroom & King Bedroom.
* New* 4 Bedrooms + 2 1/2 bathrooms + office space
* All beds include, sheets, white pottery barn linens with duvet & duvet covers:
- 1 King bed in the master bedroom with a private bathroom and large walk in closet. The master bathroom has a separate shower & deep soaking tub.
- 2 additional Guest bedrooms
with 1 King Bed & 1 Queen Bed which share a Jack and Jill Bathroom with double sink vanity, then a door to open to a private toilet and walk in shower area.
AND
- The 1/2 bath is a lovely powder room - in the front of the home with toilet and vanity/sink.

Next to this 1/2 bath is The New 4th Bedroom/Office. This sun filled room has a Twin Daybed w. memory foam mattress & Glass table w. seating for 2-4 people. This room can be closed off for privacy with the door & lock and also makes a nice place to work from the home As An Office.

- Self-controlled heating/cooling system * During the Hot Summer Months: June through Sept, sometimes the thermostat can only be adjusted between 70-75 degrees Cool so it does not freeze or break. please lmk if you have any questions about this.

-Keurig Coffee Maker, Always Stocked w. pods! A Regular Coffee Maker is available as well AND plenty of fresh ground coffee! High End soaps, organic lotions & all the essentials you need to start your vacation!!

Cancellation Policy: Aug 2024-Nov 30 2025
Must Cancel at least 21 days prior to your stay for full refund.
An “initial deposit “ is required to hold your dates And will be applied to your rent or returned if you cancel 21 days prior to your stay.

Modifying or Changing the reservation dates are allowed 14 days prior to your arrival. New consecutive dates must be available to make the change And No Refund will be given for Any unused days Or a shorter stay - Rate increase may apply.

Cancellations less than 14 days prior to arrival between Aug 1-Nov 30, 2025 will result in no refund.

For all new 2025 booking:
To secure your dates:
All reservations for 2025-2026 will require a $200 “security deposit”. This will be returned to you at the end of your stay if no damage or lost items to property. A “refundable deposit” will also be required to secure your dates And applied to your rent.
Terms for “deposit refund” will be stated in your rental agreement.

*All Rent Must Be Paid In Full 1 week Prior To Your Check-In Date*
And You will receive a check-in code once all rent payments are made.

Cancellation Policy: Feb-APRIL 2025 Must Cancel At Least 30 Days prior to your stay for a refund of rent payments only.

A “security deposit” of $200 is required to hold your dates And will be returned if no damage or lost items to property during your stay. Landlord has 48 hours from check-out to determine.

Cancellations less than 45 days prior to arrival between:
Jan-April 30, 2025 will result in Only A 50% refund of your stay And No Refund of the “initial deposit”‘.
