The house features an attached In-law's One-bedroom apartment with a full kitchen and washer/dryer for those traveling needing extra privacy,
The two patio spaces: The indoor patio spaces are fully furnished. The interior patio offers a 32-inch smart TV, game consoles, board games such as Jenga, Connect 4, a Pool Table, a Ping Pong Table (which can be converted to a pool table), and a Checkerboard. The covered patio is not airconditioned as it's an outdoor space, however, we have installed wall fans to mitigate the Floridian heat.
The uncovered patio space has a table for 6 and sun lounge chairs.
Our home is conveniently located in the heart of Miami.
When we say the heart, we mean, it is located blocks away from the famous Magic City Casino.
15 to 20 minutes away from South Beach, Wynwood, Brickell, Bayside, and Downtown Miami. 20 minutes away from the Hard Rock Stadium and the new Hard Rock Casino.

About the owner: "Lucky Charm" who happens to be the face of our short-rental home, was our 16-year-old Shi Tzu "Lucky".
When we purchased the house, we learned that Lucky had terminal cancer. As a tribute to the 16 years of love he had offered us, we decided to focus our home around him; thus the name of our short-term rental.
Our background has always revolved around the hospitality industry.
Now we have an opportunity to contribute and create a memorable stay for those looking to visit
