This condominium was newly remodeled (you can contact me ) and is one of the top condominiums located in Sand Castle III. It has its own private spiral staircase that leads down to the pool, hot tub, beach, and gas grills. I have minivans stationed at the airports for your convenience. They are an extra charge. I am fully insured and can usually beat the competition buy about 50%. Also we own two other direct oceanfront condominiums next-door to this one in Sand Castle II and Sandcastle l
that has all the amenities that this one has to offer. All three of these condominiums have gas grills located near the pool for your personal use. My condominiums provide high-quality linens and mattresses which help to make your beach day truly memorable when you relax in the evenings. Disney and Busch Gardens are located only a short distance away. Tampa airport is located 30 minutes from your doorstep and St. Petersburg /Clearwater airport (PIE) is located 20 minutes away. We rent Saturday to Saturday only.

Traveling with kids? Consider Splash Harbour Water Park, or check out an event or a game at Jack Russell Stadium. Be sure to check out the area's animals with activities such as game walks and birdwatching.

The pub restaurant, the conch restaurant, crabby bills, and the salt rock Grill all of my favorite choices.
I would check out John’s Pass it’s a great one day excursion it offers many shops and restaurants along with renting a JetSki‘s, fishing manatee tours and many other local daily tours
This exact unit does not except pets but I do on multiple units in the area and some of them that I do except pets so if you were to contact me I may be able to accommodate you with a small pet thank you

Immediately felt right at home. Very clean and welcoming. Everything we needed (and more) was supplied. The spiral staircase down to the pool area was super convenient. Owner very receptive to any questions or concerns (and also guaranteed us good weather ha ha!!) Would definitely book again. 5 stars!!
