Our 3beds- 2baths Vacation House is nestled in a picturesque location, surrounded by lush greenery in a cul-de-sac neighborhood. There are Indian Rocks Beach, Clearwater Beach, and Madeira Beach which are 15-20 mins away
Our favorite part of the house is the backyard and the pool; fully enclosured , no bugs and no leaves. The backyard feature a bar, a dining table that seat 8 people, and a coffee table with lounge chairs. The pool is South facing and has a sun tanning area to soak up all of the Florida sunshine :).
The Master bedroom features a King size bed with its own en-suite bathroom, which recently updated with tile from bottom to wall, dual sinks, glass shower door, and a smart shower system.
The other two bedrooms located on the other side of the house that has 2 queen size beds that equally offer comfortable accommodations, making this vacation pool house perfect for larger groups or families.
The kitchen is fully equipped with electric stove top, oven, microwave, full size fridge, dish washer, instant pot, air-fryer, pots and pans, and utensils; fully stocked silverware, wine glasses, mugs, bowls, plates, etc.
Living room has an 85-inch Smart TV, a sofa bed (full size). Football table, board games, books, throw pillows and blankets.
Whether you want to swim, barbecue, or simply lounge by the pool, this type of property offers an ideal setting for a memorable getaway.
