Welcome to this stunning lake view vacation home close to Disney. This 5 bed 3 bath home is the perfect place to unwind after a busy day visiting many of the local attractions.
The home has 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and sleeps 12.

Our 5 Bed, 3 Bath villa is furnished to a very high standard and benefits from a perfect lake view position. The villa can sleep 12 as one bedroom has 2 double beds.
Free fishing on 3 well stocked lakes. The villa backs on to one of the lakes. The other 2 lakes are 3 minutes walk away.
Fish all day long whilst the rest of the family visit Disney.
Full air con and hi-speed WiFi throughout.
The spacious sitting room has comfortable seating and a large screen TV and DVD/CD player. Both the sitting room and dining room overlook the private pool.
There is a second sitting room that is a combined Cinema and games room. Huge TV screen.

The kitchen is equipped with every appliance and utensil needed. Two dining areas which is great when the kids want to eat on their own. The Kitchen is well equipped with oven, microwave, dishwasher, icemaker
fridge/freezer and waste disposal. You will find everything you need has
been provided.
Outside you have your own pool and spa and stunning lake view with amazing sunrises. Have breakfast al fresco and enjoy the view. The pool can be heated for additional fee.
There is also a laundry room with washer and dryer, so leave room in
your suitcase for lots of clothes shopping at the bargain Outlets.
Our local Managing Agents are responsible for cleaning and maintaining our villa. You can call them for any assistance you might need.
NO SMOKING and NO PETS allowed within the villa
A refundable security deposit of $150 is payable prior to rental.

Lovely spacious villa with comfortable beds. Husband particularly enjoyed being able to fish most days on the Lake. We loved sitting in the spa relaxing after a long day at the theme parks and loved watching the local wildlife. Location is great for the theme parks and very close to a big Walmart. Would definitely stay again on our next trip to Orlando ️

Bob J.Fantastic Stay
We have been coming to Florida and resting villas for the last 30 years and this is without a doubt one of my favourites.You are always a bit nervous when you open the door but as soon as entering hearing my youngest son shouting Dad done well made my day.The resort the villa is on is excellent as well with a gym and swimming pool.Location wise it’s a really central villa which meant less time driving and more time enjoying myself.The villa was lovely with a nice pool area lovely games round and everything else was just as we expected.Will definitely be top of my list to return to if visiting again.Should also say the management company (Paul) was fantastic and helped us with any queries when we arrived.

The villa had everything we need and was clean and modern. Kids loved the pool area, spent many happy hours there. We have already booked villa for next year, only $150 to reserve !! Thanks Stephen and Johanna for making the booking so easy.
